Let me explain the trillion dollar bail out.

This ia a must. This bill must pass quickly right now. There is no other way. That being said; there is plenty of blame to go around. However the biggest cause of this mess is the fact that there was no government oversight nor enforcement nor proceedures in place to act as check and balances with in the financial industry. All rules and laws regarding banking, Market operations and Market trading = SEC, FTC and any and all other regulatory bodies at the federal level have not been updated in close to 60 years. Add to that varios criminalities and you have the current state of the union. This bail out is unfair in any definition. However, there is no choice.
Allocate the trillion dollar bail out now. Stop. This firms up the credit markets and allows confidence worldwide. Stop. 2. Create a panel that can quantify the actual value of the assets/liabilities to be purchased with the bail out money. Stop. 3. Since we are buying we set the price. Stop. This price should be far below the cost of a trillion dollars. Stop. The price should be 3 cents on the $10,000 or 3 cents on the $100,000 or more. A great majority of this is wothless and as such we should make the price.
4. At such time as a true valuation is made we buy it all. The remaining unused monies should be quite substancial and should not be used until such time as Congress has created sweeping new laws and regulations for housing, banking, securities and international banking. This would include a totally new Market system with real time valuations on every comodity Market and service, this would also incude the checks and balances all along the way that are not in existance right now.
5. Repackage the entire buy out. Then sell these new REITs in 3 odd lot randoms. Or better yet, sell these new Real estate investment trusts in random but unknown bunches of various sizes with no same zip codes the way DeBeers sells it's diamonds. Sell at auction or sell on the futures with various dates untill all sold. This should make a profit.
The latest.

The monopoly banks should have been mandated not to charge fees to US for any banking service whatsoever. The fact that Congress has allowed them to only by the assets at fire sale prices is ridiculas when we consider that they will contiue to fee US to death. Congress should mandate that the big 5 banks terminate all fee banking as a part of massive give away to these baks. No fees on checking, ATM, b12 on 401k's and no fees on anything else that banks fee US on daily. No fees.

And about those new mega monopoly banks

that Congress has created and super fortified by allowing the big five to only buy the assetts and letting the taxpayer eat the dirt of the junk liabilities. Not only do we get to buy the toxic trash that no one wants, these new super fortified US banking monopolies dictate policy and terms of the worlds biggest bail out. And after the smoke clears there will be no more competition in banking ever. Some people think of the FTC or the Commerce commission that normally would have to approve this stand alone monopoly. This monopoly would never be approved by the EU. We all know the collusion that exists in monopolies; DeBeers diamonds, US oil Co's, Chiciatta Bananas and the giant US food Co's. etc.... So is this expense a mere 700 billion or just oh so much more to the taxpayer long after this mess is done? What percentage difference will there be in the APR offered by the banks in the years to come? You may be sure these banks are smiling big in pure delight. No pay cuts there.

Bear Stearns death. Goldman Sachs life, Lehman Bros death and 50,000 jobs, AIG life, Washington Mutual death and 43,000 jobs. It does seem like there is some favoritism involved here. Some investment houses saved and others the guillettine. And of course no one goes to jail except the taxpyer for their failure to pay in full now. So really, who gets saved and why? And visa versa. Death.

Here we go. Because we are being forced to buy out Wall St. We must set the correct price. And I strongly recomend 3 cents on the dollar, no more. Or better yet .03/$10, .03/per $100, .03/per$1000, or 3cents /per $10,000. Appropiate the 700 billion dollars. Stop. Do not spend the 700 billion until a real valuation can be made of the value of the assets is obtained.. Stop. Basically these are junk notes with a few complicated derivatives. Put together your panel of expert junk bond buyers and sellers. You may even have Charles Keating on the panel. Anyway, these experts can give US a true market value far below the 700 bilion dollar cost. Then we buy it all. The unused monies of the 700 billion should be left there as a reserve until such time as all of the new regulatory rules and laws are in place. Repackage the entire buy out and sell the entire package on the options for a later date period certain, such as 9-25-2015. All monies generated from the options go to pay down the cost of the buy out. More later.

Right now. Some say we don't know what we are buying. And many other righfully asked questions about the trillion dollar bail out. The bigest problem now is that no one is buying anything. Everyone is trying to hold cash, but no spending. The solution is BlythAmerica. Hey, salesman. See the BlythAmerica US 1st plan on prior Blygs.

that is to bad. Congress may not want to act on President Bush's bail out plan because it may make them harder to get re-elected depending on how they act regarding the trillion dollar bail out.
Let me explain it to you this way. If Congress does not act approprietely now, total recall will be invoked. That is, provided, there is a government left after the elections. Economic collapse includes the Congress. How many in Congress will go to work when there is no paycheck nor a way to get there. We don't have 40days. There will be nothing left. And the fact that members of Congress may loose their jobs, hey, the rest of US have been there for far to long, join the club. See if you qualify for housing or food. The bread lines have tripled now in just one year. Not because food is cheaper nor more plentiful. And not because the fed has allocated more monies nor food. Act responsively now and save your jobs, it is the only way. Look for jumpers.

Joe Biden is Presidential in himself, and pehaps the most qualified by far. None the less we are very excited about Sarah Palin. So new, so fresh, and so woman. She can hold her own. No doubt Joe can bury her with content in the debate, but chivalry will show him best and oh so controlled. Sarah the new, will shine brightest when you let her, the new face has to start somewhere nationally and this is it. I think she will have some good points worth listening. Remember she is not shy to the camera and knows how to do it. In fact she is so good on camera she could easilly portray excellent manerisms at the podium, something to watch when you consider public speaking is not that easy and is an art form in itself. This debate is going to be good. Smiles.

Can Sarkozy be the only one asking? Asking for accountability in the accountabilty industry? Fiduciary liability/ accountability? What is that? Banking regulations loaning asset to value? Who ever heard of that? SEC enforcement- where? FTC, does it exist?
Nobody goes to jail in the US mortgage meltdown, no one. The taxpayer did it. So long before todays ongoing crisis there were all to many all telling signs of repeated failures, to many to count. Could it be this was the overall intent all along. To screw it all up so bad that no one can fix it nor have blame even? Iraq missing monies, I especially like the last minute law that says the GAO is not accountable for foreign war monies - my favorite, stock market, housing burst, social security huge shortfall, national debt doubled and leaving the grandkids to pay for it, and on and on, who can count it all, so much missing. But no one did it. A brief history could show plenty. Starting with the dept of housing 7 years ago and no one was charged. Then the repeated failures of Fannie mae and Freddie mac 5 years ago, no charges. Except for the charge to taxpayers. Try to imagine that, no charges to the Corp, no charges to the stockholders, but a charge to a non entity - you. Of course the huge smoke screen to failed domestic policy, namely the Iraq war. The housing bust. The stock market crashing. And no charges, except to the taxpayers, this does not include dope dealers, they are tax free. The US oil disgrace came and when gas was 4.50 a gallon I forgot all about everything else because of my daily decision to buy gas or food. Now that oil is 100 dollars per barrel and there are no price reductions on food nor gas everyone is saying the Market is broken. No chares there either, except for your wallet. Note Congress does not pay for gasoline at home or at work, it is free. Still there are many more in depth reasons on this chronolgy of failures not listed here and needs to be listed here. Time restraints, please excuse the non listed reasons not shown here. In the strictest sense the taxpayer did it by non demand of accountability, but is that true?
An expanded version. 9-24-08.

Peace is the answer.
Many people do not understand peace. There are over 47 wars around the world going on right now, many people do not even know that. When we see a teenager kill a child and gets life in prison for it everybody knows it is a loose loose for all of society. We can all do a our part for peace in our everyday lives by simply suggesting peace. The very thought of peace makes it possible. Be a part of peace. Be peace.

First of all, why have we not seen nor heard from our most learned economists regarding gasoline at $90 dollars a barrel. I'm talking about those nobel prize winning economists at The University of Chicago. I am tired of seeing a trader on the floor or an analyst who does not understand macro econ except for his/ her own position. I woul like to see a week long expose of US oil by these economist so that we would have a greater understanding of US oil.
Experiencing technical difficulties on the Blyg now. Please bear with.
The fact that speculators drive up the price of oil is only half the problem. Why does the public have to wait for a trade a speculator makes to settle in the futures market some months later and thus completing his cycle of market in order for the market price to reflect some type of new valuation? That is an individuals position that the public should not have to wait for. Not to metion that after all that time the public does not get a fair re or devaluation of the true market price of oil to the consumer. This is not what you call a market economy. In todays instant world there is no reason to have these exhaustingly high prices for gasoline. Why does the market not give a fair and true valuation of price?
No part of the business chain of oil has an incetive to lower prices. And there is no penalty. So who oversees the complete process of pricing and who enforces the lower prices. Because when this is broken down to a state level all loose as a matter of hodgepog enforcement. This must be federal. A complete overhaul and rewrite to and of all "markets" is needed stateside. this has not been done in over 50 years and is long out of date.
I t needs to be noted here that markets such as the CBOE and all of the others have been asked to do this major update of markets without the federal government and they have said they would repeatedly and have repeatedly failed to do so for many reasons. So much for non government action on the part of business. The federal government is the only one who can do this sweeping overhaul of all US "markets" as it is simply to big for business to do properly. This includes but is not limited to the SEC , the FTC and a host of correspondig agencies. 9-17-08.
This link goes to the heart of the problem. We are living with the antiquated system of the 1950's. The federal government must do a totally new Market system and I will see to it. 9-19-08. As seen on prior Blygs months ago. Add RSS feed at the top of this Blyg page. Thank you. This is a must read for understanding the current state of the union.

140, 000 people is far and away above the call of duty to rescue. In New Orleans there was not one person who chose to ride out Hanna. Not one, after Catrina. In Houston and everywhere else stateside I will impose a 1500 dollar fine for staying when the authorities tell you to evacuate. Payable 3 days before evacuation hour. Let's talk man power here for a minute. Who really thinks 140,000 people can be rescued? To the grave it may take as many as 50 people to put you there, and at what cost? Start here but do not exclude those not mentioned. Search and rescue cost per person? Retreival, medical, housing or morgue, food clothing and or burial cost? All that and much more times 140,000. Because you will not do the right thing. Most of all of these costs were avoided in New Orleans for Hanna. I can assure you of a low repeat for Texas next time. But that does not change the fact that there are no mandatory evacuations. I will make evacuations mandatory or fine em. No exceptions. It is still a very dangerous time.

All states will be required to have a full working evacuation plan in cases of emergency. If your emrgency plan does not work, then you will receive no federal transportion nor federal highway dollars. After Rita, Catrina, Ike and 911 in NY city your state should have learned how to evacuate properly and efficiently. No excuses. It matters not what state you live in nor why. There is no intent here to add misery to dispair. However, I will not reward a failure of all the people by the state for any reason. This includes the northern states watching motorists freeze, starve and run out of gas in a snowstorm without assistance nor a plan of action that works. In Houston when I see only one side of the highway open for evacuation I am in dismay. All of this was forwarned. There will be no monies for complacent failure to do right by the people.

This situation needs a more complete definition. To all of the 50 year olds that need to be told: Do not build in nor on a flood zone. Perhaps a better chronology of illegalities needs to be listed here as this applies to all states. First there are the local politicians getting fatter approving no build zones by changing zoning laws and rules. Then there are the local townships or municipalities who are criminal in allowing the occupancy permits. And everyone is making money. And I certainly do not want to leave out the banks that are so totally interwoven in the entire process. And the lawyers of course. Now comes the hurricane and wipes out everything. Then comes FEMA and totally rebuilds everything for free. It is your tax dollars rebuilding millionaires free homes. I will end this entirely. Not one federal dollar to rebuild anything in, on or near a flood zone. I am talking nationaly, not just the gulf coast but evrywhere in the US. Lessons form Ike. 9-22-08.
