But, this big bank bonus thing with your TARP monies is?
Congress wants a say in those U.S. banking bonuses.

Much like the Blyg right underneath, one must read the whole thing because there is so much too it. This bill has been long sought after by many for years. And although this bill too is not perfect we must have the base and or starting points of needed laws for our great society to advance as a free society with known needs to be filled. These laws can be tuned after enacted, but we must start and now. At least six years for this bill.
One should see that the need for in many instances all new laws of our society to grow in order and not unregulated chaos or lack of definement. This data bill like many other bills or laws have long been requested for consumer safety, business guidelines and or quantifications, industry standards, legal and illegal courses of action and reaction and much more.
Here the right man for the job is on it. Have a little faith, maybe your input will help. Setting any course regarding all kinds of data theft protection, identity theft, data loss and so many other data issues has long been called for resolve. New millennium.
Clearly this needs further completion before being passed. Doing it right the first time could be more than just key, as this will set many standards to be attained.
For a much more detaled insight into exactly what this Date bill is about or should be and why please click here for Everon. For audio, text and other points (download) of information including contacts I hope this can help. Tell them John sent you. mailto:cmackin@everomit.com Mr.Chris Mackin 617- 880-1714.

Derivatives are not complicated once you understand them. They are unregulated, as are speculators. Speculators driving up prices and inside trading is a problem and should be dealt with. See prior Blyg's. This is especially true in the oil market, but it can be done for any commodity.
This is also long over due. Send in the probes for the 60 trillion dollar illegal credit default swaps and much more. Probe em. See prior Blyg's. And hint, do not forget those private and or captive banks responsible for the essence of bad bundling of failed mortgages. Curious here, if that is the right word regarding probes, is why there were no probes for the last at least 8 years and certainly much longer when it comes just some of these business names?
But, there is no change here as seen on prior Blyg's where banks continue there fireside sales and buy outs. Also here is the certainty that junk bonds will never die and so the cycle continues. Just one thing, It is your money, that TARP money and or the select lack of it. No wonder record profits have been posted in the big banking industry along with massive feeage. These smaller banks and the junk bonds are the quiet monies here. I'm sure that Charles Keating and Michael Milikin and the like are doing quite well. No changes here.
Feeage, may not be a word per say. But massive feeage posted as the majority of where banking profits came from is just so wrong. U.S. banks did not make the vast majority of there money by making loans. And really that says it all. Banks feeing us to death for services we do not use is what? Yesterday a major bank wanted to charge me $ 5 dollars to get a currency exchange check or a check for $ 21 dollars to pay my electric bill. What is right about that? Some banks charge even more. The too high pricing here is to drive you away form them completing a simple service that should be done for free as you are an account member. Instead you are treated as a no account, now scram.
The bottom line is banks will not provide simple mundane banking services and instead have elected to just fee us for nothing and do nothing. Now scram.

For years health insurance carriers have ripped us off from the state legislatures to the business mans/womans office. Handing out 48% increases like candy for 5 and six years in a row and with absolutely no mercy. I was in that business mans office when he said to me with surreal knowledge of his current and 5 year outlook of his/ her business "hey where is this going to be in 2, 5 or seven years from now?" Because I can not afford this now? A man does not want to go out of business. But seriously John, I want to know! The blood pressure running as he had put me last on the list for good reason of his/her financial forecasting for the year to come. A business man/woman has a right and an extremely annoying reason to know and get a handle on his/her costs. Merciless. And the fed did not step in either. Except the lobbyists. And everybody made big money. Everyone but us.
So why would anyone feel any type mercy for the no competition health insurance industry for any reason.

No one likes to be stiffed. Switching banks is a good idea, but, be careful of fees before and after switching. www.Checkfinder.com, www.bankdeals.blogspot.com will help you navigate concerns and banking matters.
If more people switched banks more often that would help to drive down over charged fees of every kind and indeed fees we should not be charged at all. These banks are making big money. And it is your money.

The good police. Responding to a burglary in progress is not for everyone. The police did a good job. Burglary terrorizes whole communities. These officers did a good job in a known burglary zone. That is their job and they did it well.
Too much to write about here. The Harvard professor arrived late and tired to find his door not functioning properly. Gee I wonder why? Could it be the door had been tampered with by the real burglars?
A mans home is his castle, that is fine. Quarrellings with the police, you and I will loose. Many people simply do not know that, as they have not met the police and it is all colorless.
# 44 to the rescue of his Alma Matter friend and ivey league colleague is okay, but he was not the on duty officer in charge. # 44 is the chief law enforcement officer, but, he was not the duty officer there. And unless you are in it you do not know.
There was no race issue to apprehend a burglar, and there is not. The Harvard area is plagued by crime, just as the U of C. is plagued by crime. These are good cops doing an outstanding job. They do not pre qualify who the burglar is. Dangerous work and well done by these officers.
In the end all ended well. Going back on these officers is wrong and the good officer has stated his position quite well with professionalism.

A tanker spill that closed one of the most dangerous highways in the country proved glaring holes in and of live time data reporting in the country. Stranding thousands of people on the highway in the summer time is as good as it gets. Winter and severe weather highway strandings are far more perilous in many ways. The lack of live time reportings on radio, tv and especially the web could have spared many from that waste. It is not just the down sizing and cutbacks of the media industry, but the all of it as cell phooeys could have called IDOT and reported it for the masses to stay away. But there are also less at IDOT and elsewhere in the whole reporting chain.
The Bishop Ford Freeway is dangerous for many reasons. High volume traffic, Palumbo, dysfunctional and or terrible drainage, lanes too narrow, bad shoulders, terrible on and off ramps and no space for merging on or off and worst of all it is built at the bottom of a flood plain. Resurfacing changes none of the above. Of all of highway rebuilds and redesigned for safety and far better engineering, the Bishop Ford was never done right and still will not be. And oh! That repeating cast of characters.
It should be noted here that volume on the Bishop Ford Freeway will be ever incresing as the sky high Chicago skyway toll road rates will always increase ahead of incomes. Not to mention raises, not even cola's.
Censor reporting on highways is a joke. And in the whole of it all, there is simply no reason not to have live time reporting for these incidents nation wide for the future. Rerouting traffic there was to the abyss of no where. That is true also of many other highways when this happens and the police nor IDOT are of help to correctly route citizens to safe and function able routes (toilets, gas and food) of departure and navigation.
Today's repeat of closing the Bishop Ford Freeway at 9 a.m. at 130th shows the ongoing need for safety at every level of this dangerous freeway.
So at what point will the U.S. Dept of Transportation step in and once and for all create the right rules and procedures in these type of federal highways disasters and stallings?
And speaking of colossal highway failures, let us not forget the more than 50+ years of paying in time and pain of ignorance on 290 West at Oak Park where the lanes are reduced to the concurrent ignorance of back in the day. Gee? I wonder who was in on that constipation for generations to come. Such a generous love for mankind and humanity. Function? Hey, what's that?

Citi Bank is very much worth saving for all of us. Citi bank did the job it was supposed to do and then some. No bank of yesterday or today engages more aggressively for and pro small business. Citi bank even lent big money to start up banks as a matter of pro business and pro community through banking stateside and world wide. Many small businesses are committed to Citi bank as Citi saw and backed many a man and woman in small business interests everywhere.
None of the above is the attitude of todays bankers anywhere. And all of the above is exactly the kind of bank we need now world wide.
Most bankers will tell you to run from retail. Many other supposed pitfalls of brick and mortar versus the web, ROI low and or profit margins narrowing. Guess what, we all work in that environment no matter the industry.
Was Citi involved in massive losses from credit default swaps? Yes. Did Citi trade in bundled mortgages of a less than desirable nature in the knowing? Yes. Did Citi have a core business model of non commercial big business such as CAT and Deer? Yes. Was Citi's real core business model small business? Yes.
Is Citi bank a huge fall guy standing in front of Oh Henry and Company? Yes. When Citi goes under, who will be the bank of pro small business? Goldman? I don't think so. Can the U.S. with stand 1 million customers and or business merchants going under with the failure of Cit? No.
While U.S. Treasury Department Secretary Tim Geithner is in Saudi Arabia selling more of our U.S. paper and or our continuing national debts, could it be he is also selling Citi paper? Because really, between China and Saudi Arabia there is nothing left to own in this country, just like California, where today individual investors are buying the IOU's of state and individuals for 40 cents on the dollar just like a scavenger tax sale, only there are no rules and the state has defacto certified all sales in haste and greed. But, who is the owner of you now. As a side note Illinois has mortgaged the future of it's son and grandsons like no other state in the union. The word there is mortgaged. You do remember default? Default to who? Illinois taxpayers.
What has not been listed here is that many of these small businesses are not at fault and are well run. Just like the car dealerships that took fatal hits with no fault of there own due to the economy. When the economy took the down turn, why would a bank or Citi not take a down turn.
The massive this week posted profits of Goldman and Chase are largely due to ugly fees and your taxpayer dollar TARP infusions into those select businesses. Where is your money form that? And by the way, who is Chase bank? Convenient, in the exclusive industry with the select fickle finger of death and life. It is exactly comparable that citi bank would have posted same gains had they been the constant ultimate insider Goldman was, is and will remain. But the hand of death has been dealt for the few as always. And what about that $500,000 bonus per employee at Goldman this year? It is your money. Gee, they must be special people and or employees of super human narrative and being. See prior Blyg's of no fee banking. #44 says he is upset about that bonus program. Guess what? He has been played. And it is all free.
Oh, and let us not forget the silent here, those of Wells Fargo, Bank of America and other winners in the continuing non competitive world of U.S. money and banking. Because knocking off Citi mean fire sale prices for the remaining sharks with fees. See prior Blygs.
Of principle note and interest here, I very much want mention the new failed standard of the banking industry and that would be identity theft, rampant and rife in the banking industry. And they all make big money on it, at it and ongoing in an ever increasing ways. Globally in today's world, these two have become synonymic and it is no accident. Again, little has been reported on this matter in any definitive way.
Also of prime interst here is the total lack of reporting by U.S. banks of the billions of dollars trading in and out of their banks of illegal dope monies of every kind. There is zero mention of that anywhere. Making money coming and going, over and under. Not that general accounting practices are used in any real way anyway in the industry. CPA? Try mda. Say it is not so? As they say in the neighborhood, oh. their making money dog!
And need I mention GM was in far worse shape.
Competition? Hey what's that? Collusion at the top is what got us into this mess, as it is the very nature of banking is to spread the risk with other bankers and as such you may be sure they are all friends. That is how you get failed standards in the industry. Fees unjustifiable, lower profit margins mean more for the few at the top and less if anything for all others, failed new standards such as skiting the new credit card laws moving to variable rates to meet and beat technicalities in and of the law at will and for greed. All of that puts us right back where we started from, only with less players and increase collusion of a now smaller group. No gain all pain.
Also worth noting here is wall street. With a little or no volatility trade index many individual investors are sidelined. However, those traders on the floor stand to benefit the most from and for short term trading with no cost trading and as such will improve the investment houses earnings further for the inside but not the country.
Understanding capitalism and allowing businesses to fail and die is okay. Citi bank is not a matter of too big to fail. The real failure here is the selective discretion or lack of to allow Cit bank, the bank, with one of the best business models practice in the world to fail.
And lastly. little if anything is ever mentioned about captive or privately held banks in the U.S. These captive banks are the principle packagers of the failed mortgages everywhere. This is the essence of our current economic crisis and much more. Captive banks need massive exposure to show a completed picture to the new world order of money, banking, finance and stock trading. See prior Blyg's.
Citi bank should be saved for all of us.

I do not get channel 2 anymore and many other stations. To cheap for cable. And really I never know what stations I am going to get today on my television. I don't care until I want to watch something, then I find out it is pot luck for the day on my telly.
10 days after the black or white out, I bought my converter or black box. I prefer converter. Buying, having, or calling a black box sounds so clandestine and or secret of an ill kind or lot. My black box? Who ever heard of such a thing? How's your black box?
And as it turns out of course, not all black boxes are created equal? But I did not know that. Some black boxes are better than others? You got your good black box and your bad black box. Who new? How;s your black box? And why not a white box or a green box? Everything is green these days. Green is in. But not on cars, that is another story as to many cars on the road today are white or gray which makes them difficult to see to the eye. Go figure, but do not go fish.
When I bought my very first black box??? They told me that if my federal rebate came in the next 30 days I could get my money back at the store. Still no rebate to date. Too late now, as I watch in black box prohibition of the late 1950's, early 1960's of television now and continuing.
My TV used to work fine with all of the channels all of the time. They say my X's and O's are for my better now. Or is that 1's and 2's? Anyway, I certainly am not down on progress or the new ways, but I would like all of my channels to work. Maybe I just need another black box? I can't believe I said that. Not another.
Steering is illegal in the CFTC, real estate business and other places. Oddly or not, steering is not illegal in the insurance industry. Go figure, but no fish. Knowing that analog or wave length and or band with had come to the end and digital allowed so much more room to grow is a good thing. It is curious that the all of my conversion was in time with the new telecommunications bill passing. The big winners here are cable conglomerates and the like. Buy cable and no need for conversion. That is steering and it is illegal in the telecom industry. But hey, if you do not like it you can just go home and get your black box.
As you well know the class action suits against the cable companies finally, after years of lawyering by the industry has only now succumb to consumer rights and a price reduction from the years of ripping us off. Now there is talk of re-busting the baby bells that have grown past their britches back into the new monopolies of today. The biggest reason for this is the over charging of group services such as cable, phone and internet as a package at over inflated price to cost. This should happen quickly as the consumer has no money to be over charged on a constant basis.
Now I do not get 2, 5 nor 7. Progress? See data less on prior blyg's.
What a jip!

Severely restricting unregulated derivatives. And it is about time.
What is important to note here is the pendulum. As we all sit in the pit of increasing impending economic and personal financial doom, the pendulum sweeps closer by the day for bankruptcies everywhere.
The pendulum of note here is the business man who for centuries here have cried too much government and oversight and regulation is a big bad thing. Where that may be true, it is also true that we have just completed the most lawless period of American business history that has led to our economic collapse.
Indeed the DOJ and the FBI and the CFTC and the SEC and the federal reserve and the Treasury and everyone else was purposely backed off all enforcement and regulation. And that is just Washington, locally it is far worse. Indeed not since the robber barons of the 1800's have we seen such a total dissent.
Bernie Madoff, Arthur Anderson, GM, junk bonds, illegal black market credit default swaps, speculators of oil and land, bankers of greed, AIG and decades of rife abuse. Now, the pendulum swings back to re-install the Glass Steagall Act, and to reinstate all of the rules and laws that were illegally discarded as a matter of total non accountability.
To be sure this is not socialism, nor the death of capitalist. This is only the pendulum of correction decades after the fact.
So when bad things happen and everyone says whoi s in charge here? The answer is no one. No one was in charge of government, nor corporate, nor individual criminal accountability. No one. And no one went to jail. And on and on with the big lie. As we all cry the woe of Edgar Allen Poe, The pit and the pendulum.
Tech difficulties.

The ambitious plans of the stimulus package should create jobs. Thus far only 11% of the monies have been allocated. I hope you got some of that or will.
There are serious issues to be resolved before much of the stimulus money touches you and yours.
The electric grid. interstate power lines and transformers (especially in the west) needs all new laws before any wind, solar or any other electricity energy program can work. We are waiting for the Senate proposal on those major issues of resolve.
Largely the wind and solar winners are local #134 and or any other electrical workers union as that is who electricity is. One can not just start and electric installation company. So much for the entrepreeur. Not to mention there is but one solar company in Chicago and it only came after the money was released.
All in all we are hopeful that this entire new energies effort is not a repeat of the 1970's boom and bust energy policies and only to return to our continued reliance on ripp off OPEC policies of subsitance living.
There are many other hurdles before stimulus monies are relased. Some states will not release the monies given to them for internal political reasons of power and control with domination and the detriment to all. No problem here or there. Except there should be a federal mandate for absolute issuance of the monies with time line certain by the states with extreme penalty for failure to comply as that was not and is not the intent of the federal stimulus monies.
Yes you can go to www.recovery.gov and track monies in October of this year but many can not wait that long as bankrupcies have exploded nationwide.

No changes. As seen on prior Blyg's.
200 billion dollars this year poured into the never regulated by the CFTC dark markets of oil speculation. No one can repeat the summer of 2008 gas prices.
T. Boone Pickens has pulled out of the fail U.S. wind power initiative for the right reasons. Gee? I wonder where he put his money now? The former oil Billionaire?
Traders or speculators of the few cash in big on the backs of the broken people shamelessly and at will. No remorse. The CFTC has vowed positive action of reform along with Congress, but will it all be too late and after the fact of the peoples continued ruination? Immediate action is required here. There is no time to wait.

The inclusion of the G5 is good and welcome news. The Doha trade round will be an ever increasing force globally. To date there is no website for the G5, but there will be soon.
What to look for as the G5 grows rapidly is who there ever increasing allies will be and why. This 3 year time line will show plenty of who the U.S. is not. This is serious stuff, and it is all inclusive as Brazil's banking system has quietly been buying all kinds of big American businesses, China hold our currency debt, India releases patriots of their homeland worldwide as highly educated brain drain fillers in the U.S., Mexico continues to take outsourced U.S. businesses and South Africa is a key to Africa's wealth.
What this all means to the U.S. is that we need not watch all of the above. The U.S. needs to be a far more inter active player in this globalism of another kind. Inter active with each nation of the world and now.
Smart players stateside include U.S. drug manufacturers who have already aligned themselves with the U.S. government to sell and distibute drugs and medicines in Africa in a much more expansive way. Smart players should include U.S. seed companies and every and all agriculture related products and industries now. Smart players engage. Be smart.

The G8 summit was scared of the fact that China no longer wants the dollar for any long term reason. That fact was touched upon lightly by the remaining leaders of the G8 luckily only after China had to return home to deal with domestic violence.
The simple fact that China holds so much of our U.S. dollar debt is not even funny. China controls our money period and for a long time to come.
When the U.S. dollar is no longer the ruler of currency, the U.S. shall be no longer the ruler of the world. Like it of not.
It is the U.S. debt that has and will befall the U.S. dollar, and with complete real time knowledge by all, the why. Do not say you did not know. It is the U.S. debt. It is the U.S. debt bought and paid for by China. Like it or not.
China will install it's own new currency ruler and with no fight from the world. They own it. The bank of England shall try to abstain but shall be wiped out. And all will succumb to the new currency ruler.

Union bets 500 million on Olympic Village plan.
Here is a picture of another union bet, years ago in Chicago. That bet years ago in the 1960's was a big part of an offer they could not refuse by the then Mayor of Chicago as the federal monies poured into town by the Dept of Housing and other well placed friends of the Presidency and then some. And what did we get as a result of legacy politics from that era? What were the long term lasting effects of model to the nation housing in Chicago? And oh yes, you know we still are not done paying for that by any means 60 years later and today.
Back in the day, it was billed as a boon for the unions. Jobs, jobs, jobs and our guys. But let us not forget Philly, NYC, and other places of dubious distinction where the same occurred and is current. Nor let us forget the very countable names of scandal within the Dept of Housing through out the last 60+ years.
You say you need the names! Okay, Cabrini, Rockwell Gardens, Abla Homes, Stateway Gardens, Alligator Gardens, Dearborn Homes, Ida B. Wells, Robert Taylor Homes and please do not be upset if I do not list the rest., as they all have their infamy and everlasting. You remember scattered site, if not spread the wealth? Is that not the repeat we see in the current same proposal of the Chicago 2016 Olympic games? It all sounds so familiar.
Here is another picture of the 2016 Olympics. Except for one thing, this picture is timely in the absence of information and details about anything to do with the 2016 Olympics from city hall and or find out as you pay. Not quite the same as pay as you go. And just what will the long term effects be of this new fabled land grab be? And please note, that would be both public and private, but hey, so what. Do you think we will be paying in exasperation for the next 60 years on top of the still not payable last 60 years of absolute defiance and the black whole of taxpayers monies for generations past, present and future. Note; a black whole is a giant sith that sucks all matter and life into it, this gives the black whole more energy as a giant life sucking monster to suck more and larger amounts of matter and life into extinction. Fact.
All of this of course will have winners and losers. So let us guess who will win and who will lose? To be sure that is a very short list. And I would say that same list will last at least 3 generations, which coincidentally is the time your meter will run out. But not your bill to pay.
As a matter of observance here, let me note that there is no skin in the game from the IOC. How quaint. Not before nor after. Only your skin. No one else"s skin.
Who believes the projects were ever paid for then or now. Who believes we have stopped paying for the projects then or now, 60 + years later?
And last but not least, RIO baby!
We have seen more than enough repeating failure in Illinois.

In Illinois the state deficit is at least 11 billion dollars. You do the math for your state. None of that includes the federal deficit per person, breathing.
What is the primary role of government? That is the question. Next, who is government?
Before I begin, I would like to post this disclaimer. The disclaimer is, that I know there are many good and honest elected officials.
Of seething rage is, where did all the money go that was paid into state, county and city governments, all of the missing $ due to rampant and in your face corruption. The missing lottery $, the tollway $, the gambling revenue $, the head tax $, the TIFF $, the illegal sale of public assets $ cash, the give away of public properties and the exempt tax status to go along with it, including free $ loans, never to be repaid and forgiven?, the sales tax $ increases, the levy taxes, the sin tax $ and or cigarettes and alcohol, the missing quarters $, the bust out the house $ along with the burn down the house $, along with the burn down the neighborhood $ and the cost of all that tax free to you and me. All of that $ and so much more was to save us form huge new tax increases now of every kind and then some.
For starters, taking it out on employees not at fault and or labor is plain wrong. This has nothing to do with the economy. Missing monies does not mean labor should pay. For anyone asking, this is breach of employer contract at it's worst.
The state, county and city have the fundamental responsibility to provide the health and welfare of the poor, the children (16,000+) and the less fortunate of every dimension. There is no question about this fact.
Everything else is after that fact. Education, roads, pensions and everything else. The failure of state leaves this, our great society not capable to cope for our own. No structure, nor organization, nor monies, and for certain the ministries can not provide any type of adequacies for these multitudes.
The simple fact is that the state, county and city have stolen so much money, over at least the last 70 years, that it can no longer be hidden. These facts are merely the obvious if not he reckoning. Here again, asking the new taxpayers to pay for the old thieves is not pallet able.
This repeating crime of robbing and or mis appropriating tax monies and then asking, if not mandating taxpayers to pay more has reached it's logical course of now, no longer possible. Please do not say that the states too are to big to fail. This is complete failure with cover up at all levels. And should the fed bail the states out completes, and vilifies criminality at every level over decades.
Under funded pension liabilities again is employer fraud and breach of contract to for and against the workers. That was not the deal. And again where did all the money go. It matters not that it is a public or private company and or the government.
All of that and more to be said, It is right that the governor of your state call to the mat your state legislature to fix and or resolve the problem, at least one time head on, in it's entirety. Should your legislature not resolve the entire problem one time now, then this legislature should be declared defunct and be dismissed permanently with out pension for gross malfeasance and criminal failure of fiduciary responsiblities. Then prosecuted for failure in mass as one, the consequences for all. If any of that seems too harsh, tell it to the people most in need on the street. One need not look far. The special election for the new legislature will be 30 days there after and can include the new state constitution with but not limited to; term limits and total recal for all elected and appointed officials. There is nothing to wait for.
The new state constitution will include also but not be limited to; permanant districts not to be changed by census and or other political expedience for the few. Thes new districts will be the original districts as establisshed by the Morrill Act of 1862 with no changes and prmanent. Please note this will cut down the amount of reps and senators for the better and permanent. Your new constitution shall also include equal voting opportunities for all parties, including independents, as a matter of total equality for the complete election process of requirements of every kind and statute, registration, petitions, primaries and the general election etc... in full. And more later.
I want to be clear here. I am not for anarchy nor rebel. I am not talking about revolution, nor any other anti government stance or position. I am talking about resolution to the current failure of state. Because government has run it's course, of failure, in the current system we have today and because government, does not or will not work, therefor there must be solution.

Pill poppers and the over use.
There is a lot more here than meets the liver. The new federal law that says a patient can not have pain. America's deeply ingrained false psyche to take that pill and all will be well. Any kind of pill, just take it. Our over reliance on medications of every type to escape any and everything. Whole towns on Prozac etc... and on and on, the legal drugs and the illegal drugs.
Ritalin for children and where does it all end.
Just consider your grand parents time and the drug free culture. Nobody died from overdoses of common medications and or they simply did not take them and or they relied on herbal and or homeopathic remedies of non abusive treatments for the body and mind.
Add to that, try to imagine being a doctor today and trying to treat a person with too many drugs in a limited system called your body and trying to fix this mutated body consumed with various drugs and then try to make a prognosis?
None of the above is too much of a good thing. Rather the failed reliance on medications where there should be reliance on self to understand that limited medications are a remedy and not the cure for life.
Amongst all of this is the threshold of pain and pain tolerance both mental and physical. One of the biggest problems is the mental state taught to children for life that they should have no pain and they translate this literally for life via pop that pill, when in fact, there should be and there is not reason for any medication. This wrongful instilled teaching and practice is of no service. And then there is real pain, like that of a motor cycle accident or the kind our soldiers suffer everyday in our wars. Here doctors do not over prescribe pain killers in the knowing addiction, type of pain, and usage for purpose only, nothing casual.
All over the world people do not have access to doctors, dentists and medicines, and yet they are not at risk of abuse of medications. Here in the American west of old (the gunslinger days) men would drink liquor sometimes in excess because of tooth ache and other ailments. In Bolivia the indigenous Amarayans chew on raw unprocessed coca leaves to numb the pain of teeth and the serious lack of dentists and no one is addicted nor abusing. Many parts of the world are like this in many ways and none are pill poppers in excess.
Back to basics. Read the label. See a doctor. Do not abuse yourself. Can you drink a gallon of milk?
Still working on exacting my links. Thank you for your patience. No pun intended.
