     In today's world of quantifications and information I am looking for a quantifiable number and or costs to the state of Illinois and the per person costs of Milorad.

     This shall include but not be limited to corruption at every level. The costs of legalizing gambling but no other state business, land deals and on and on too much to list. None the less absolutely quantifiable, if only from a bookie.

     Seeing that I have paid my Illinois state taxes and others have not and will not but have gained or stolen much more than they are worth I do not think that a quantifiable number is too much to ask. Therefor I shall make a prediction on the cost per person in Illinois of Milorad, but, before that, please make your own prediction of non paid in taxes by those benefiting in Illinois. $2.898 dollars per year in Illinois is the cost of Milorad per person in Illinois. Ahh, but wait, now calculate the new and continuing costs of Milorad as the trial nears and the taxpayers open the wallets again and again into the future for Milorad.

     After you pay and your data is sold you receive the save you software. Upon using this new software and fixing your problems and taking hours to do so, the software says you no longer have those problems.

     The scams here are many. First of all you nor your computer never had a problem, still don't. Your data sold. Upon using the new software, it is proved not to work as said and sold and also not to completion, please by the update for some completions. This is a billing scam and rarely is penalized. A closer look shows the billing companies do not have the abilities nor services, nor tech to complete the stated advertisings and further never did and never will. but the billings continue at places like Merchant One 524 W 41st St. #300 Miami Beach, Florida 33140. Indeed a closer look would show a slew of unhappy ripped off customers desperate to escape people and companies like that and continuing only to find, that like crackbook these billing companies will not let you terminate no matter what you do. They continue to rob you.

If I say yes, does that mean I am for one or the other and or both and or yes I am for U.S. Immigration carte Blanche, whatever that means?

     If I say no, No I am not for Immigration what does that mean? Does that mean no, I do not want Immigration? Does that mean no I do not want the Arizona law, no, I do not want the 10 year old Immigration bill? Or does that mean no, I do not want one or the other and or both? If no, to Arizona, does that mean I simply do not want to consider any bill or law? Yes or no now.

     If I say yes, does that mean I am for the people or against the people?
     If I say no, does that mean I am for the people or against the people?

     If I say yes, does that mean I am pro state and not fed?
     If I say no, does that mean I am pro fed and not state?

     Please try to keep in mind that Immigration is global and not just Arizona or the U.S.

     Understanding the Arizona rancher that was killed by a not caught illegal immigrant and the ongoing increase of illegal immigrants that prompted the Arizona law is one thing. Civilly and constitutionally are another thing. Then there could be a patchwork of different state laws such as Kentucky is proposing and on and on.

     So many other factors; The changed demographics of immigration 10 years ago, after 911 and after the 2008 U.S. economic bubble burst.  Is immigration more pronounced in some states and less pronounced in other states, I think so. Who, on the street knows what the national Immigration bill is or was? But yes or no, now. Does anyone believe Immigrants were or will be treated fairly? How many people think employers hire Immigrants not to pay taxes, unemployment, a fair or living wage, social security, healthcare, education and or anything right, fair and decent? Yes or no now. Displacement of families and deportation quagmires. Remembering Cesar Chavez,, yes or no now.

     Add to that; please say yes or no th the following Immigration groups that have been treated fairly in the U.S. Yes or no now. The Irish, the Germans, the Italians the Blacks or African Americans, U.S. Japanese citizens during WW II, the Russians, the Mexicans, the Cubans, the Jews, the Catholics, the Muslims, the Oriental and Arabs. Yes or no now.

     On Capital Hill, they have said, they will not address the Immigration issue this year and I believe them. What does that mean?

     Old age of capitalism just like man shall perish. It matters not the age of the business, there is a life cycle of birth and death. And like man there are reasons for cause of business death.

      Birth of business many tines the necessity of business and as such the capitalism of same such gives rise and falls to and of business models of success and failures. Along the way are big monies and operations of sound judgment. Also along the way are the inabilities to grow further and stronger such as the tree or the human.

     There are business life cycles and models of foreseeable deaths to come. And when death comes the business should be allowed to die and not linger on life support systems that maintain and prolong the inevitable.

     Some examples of this are securities firms, grocery stores and health care Companies. Securities firms that once paid far higher commissions have long ago cut that practice over the years and like many other industries are operating on a much less profit margin than the old days. Some call this industry trend others know it as CEO swordsmanship.

     The CEO is in charge of making or managing the highest dollar of return for the business and in the beginning all tools are available. Later in the life of the business many of the tools and resources are not there for use and have been disposed. Slashing budgets, operations, pensions, salaries and payroll can only go so far as there is a final product to be delivered. When profit margins no longer justify time and business the business should be allowed to fold or close.

     Mergers and acquisitions can appear to be good or growth to or of a business of decay with no more or other way to grow. But as consolidations of industries and like product services can be profitable for some, the majority die. Also here are the creations of monopolized industries of a consolidated industry with Congressional approval. Examples are the glass industry, MS, helath care, airlines,metals, garbage collection waste and disposal,  and etc...  These are very seniored businesses with no growth potential left in there industries accept consolidation.

     Not included here are the death of the buggy whipp and carriage due to technological advances and or products. EPA laws and or other rightful rules and regulations to correct the evils of business in wrongful advantages.

     The trillion dollar bail out of the euro by the G20 and the G7 with #44 approval could avert the failure of the May 19th fiscal death of Greece and other euro countries. But, who will bail out Illinois and it's massive state debts? Because we can not paper over just another quick  and temporary quick fix.

     Illinois and Greece bail outs from any source could be viewed as rewarding failure with more monies. Should the IMF give Greece more monies? Should the FDIC pay out 349 million for failed banking when the owners have had no loss and received huge windfall tax credits after the fact of failures.

     Who believes the state of Illinois was or is well managed fiscally? Why is there no accountability to, for or of  state financial matters long ago, then, now or ever? The same of Greece.

     Yes we all remember the Illinois lottery was to save us. That went to the general fund. And the general fund went where? To the new hotel in Springfield and other assorted wonderments of theft, deception, corruption and on and on.

     Then there is the new gambling bill snuck in at the last minute last week to save us all again. Illinois gambling bills  save who? Nothing new here nor there and no changes.

     Through it all what is the underlying value of said operations, assets, management, systems and value if any?

     Is Illinois too big to fail?

     Ask the real question? What happens when Illinois goes over the cliff very soon and declares bankruptcy? Should the state go to federal bankruptcy court. who will be the winners and losers? Is there a vested interest by the part of the major players not to declare Illinois state bankruptcy? And as such self exacerbating only the inevitable?

     What will the state look like after Illinois bankruptcy? Will anyone go to jail fro gross mismanagement and or other fiscal crimes, or are they exempt the way Illinois legislators are allowed unlimited speed limits, but you Mr. and Mrs citizen pay quadruple?

     And lastly, why is there no public outcry? No tea partier activism on this? No protests by republican nor democrats?
