The tea or flea party passes a bill and says only the flea party can save you.
In fact, the flea or tea party has passed 1% of all the bills presented. With all of the pressing issues this country needs to resolve, this is what the flea party 112th Congress has chosen to work on? So never mind the economy, crime, education, jobs, taxes or anything else, this is just one more viscious assault against the black man by the tea or flea party. Worse still, is the fact that Eric Holder has done an exceptional job and continuing and is well respected here and around the world. Not to mention he is not the ATF. He is also not the Secret Service and should not accept this stab against him and this Presidency.
1% is the tea or flea party mantra of success in moving this country forward on anything. 1% is what the 112th Congress will do for you and as such, "willful obstruction" otherwise known as treason.
America is tired of being held hostage by the flea or tea party. Make private Manning look silly.

U.S. Housing 2012. Any permanent solution to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac must include the following. No exceptions.
To be sure, this trash is all over the country and far too prolific in everyone's neighborhood nation wide. And when we consider the source, what is the surprise. This is the primary evolution of the U.S. housing disaster before and after. These criminals are integral to the total undermine of national housing. Here is the essence of the vast U.S. housing debacle and must be addressed head on. One solution is the appointment of a U.S. housing / mortgage / appraisal / banking / SEC / DEA / IRS and inter police departmental special mortgage units / special prosecutor in each state as aligned with that states U.S. AG's office specifically and paid for by the federal government. This will be a permanent position.
Once several different convictions have occurred in different states these special USAG's mortgage prosecutors can and will submit to Congress and Fannie/ Freddie a corrected law and pathway to strengthen prosecution and broaden the reach and convictions on a national scale collectively. This shall transpire all in less than six months regardless of tea or flea party restriction and delays. There is nothing to wait for.
Also explicit here is the fact that this will be federal and nothing but federal as that is exactly what this U.S. housing scam is. None of this will be undermined nor diluted by any single state law, laws nor state interpretations for any reason as this is not a matter of state.
Skip the robocalls, lock 'em all up. Give these new special prosecutors sweeping full IRS powers immediately and that is a must, there is nothing to delay as we are all desperately late on this entire core 6 trillion cash dollars U.S. housing implosion.

What and why does the U.S. have limitations?
There is no reason for limitations of U.S. oil stateside due to easily fixable U.S. oil distributions and supply. Hire a U.S. vet that knows logistics and do it for U.S. oil and U.S. See prior Blyg's.
Build the 2 new U.S. oil refineries, one for heavy and another for light brent crude or summer and winter in Oacoma / Gillespie, surround it by a massive new super tree national forest, buils a short new pipeline to the barges with the new super port technologies, distibute the gas evenly down the river and advance this nation.
If private businesses can not build a new U.S. oill reinery in the U.S. then "so be it".And see the failed tea or flea party.
The federal government should build the 2 new oil refineries and sell specific bonds for the 2 new refineries only with no blend to any other bond issue. These will be short term bond issues of 5 and 10 year max only. After that, these 2 new U.S. oil refineries will be sold off to private iU.S. industry and privatized.
However, there will be an all "new U.S. oil system" put in place to prevent further big oil corruption. This new U.S. oil sysytem will be all encompassing with a logistical land contract and U.S. oil leasing contracts with the composite national needs first and the coorect 5 oil districts optimal performance of U.S. oil just a small part of the the national goal of total optimance. All of that and more in conjunction with the U.S. geological, the Army Corp oof Engineers, the new and improved U.S water tables and tabulations dept, the national wildlife federation and more conjunctions, too many to list here and now. Let's move it big, the right way and on time.
Alowwing U.S. limitations of and on U.S. natural gas. There is no reason, except for those U.S. energy Co's and tea or flea party's want of your denials.

Then add thievage. And please note none of the above includes massive U.S. mortgage and housing fraud of every kind. Nor does the above include Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Nor does the above include the 6 trillion #43 wipe out of U.S. under water U.S. homes and mortgages. Nor does the above include the annual 40 billion in U.S. cash dollars snarfed out of our U.S. economy each year by the Mexican drug cartels.
Total new U.S. Tax Code is needed now, but you will not get that from the flea party. Instead, this is what you will get from the flea or tea party and the RGA or the Republican Governors Association, AKA the Koch bro's and the Grover Norquist.

Federal and State Taxes 2012.
1. 50% of Americans pay no taxes evey year legally. See prior Blyg's.
2. The IRS collects 85% of taxes for this year 2012.
3. 15% do not pay taxes and are criminals. This adds more taxes on to those that do pay taxes.
3a. Total illicit U.S. $ drug monies = 40 Billion U.S. dollars snarfed out of the U.S. Economy every year.
3b. 40 Billion x 10 = 4 T and is not computed in under reported IRS monies, nor uncollected IRS monies.
3c. 40 billion divided by the U.S. population of 313,232,044 = $127. per year stolen from each American
4. 385 billion is the amount of under reported taxes in 2012 and is up from 300 last year.
5. The current U.S. deficit is about Sixteen Trillion dollars. Lines 3a and 6 are added up in the mortgue.

6. 3 trillion federal tax dollars have not been collected in the last decade. Those monies are still owed.
7. There is a critical shortage of needed IRS agents. And who would want that?
8. See Willard cut you, off shore accounts and no tax reports filed. Loves a banker and the RGA.
9. Pass the "Buffet rule" today.
10. The United States needs a whole new U.S. Tax Code. You wil not get that from the flea or tea party.
State Taxes.
1. Name the State that does the best and worst of tax collections.
2. Name a criminal that loves your State.
2 +3=4. Texas, NJ, and CA should not laugh.
3. Name the three States that do not have a State deficit.
4. Name the State that is the most aggressive in going after State tax cheats. And the worst.
5. Name the State with the lowest property taxes and the highest.
6. Name the State with the highest daily cummulative taxes per day and the lowest.
7. Conpute the highest per person State taxes per State.
8. Name the State that can least afford not to collect atxes.
9. Name the State that has the highest per person not collected taxes.
10. Name the millionaire who ran for State Governor, but paid no State taxes.
