     Solutions: Cap the underwater oil spicket with a 3 holed open cap. This single cap with 3 open ports could then be connected to 3 individual rubber, plastic and or hoses and or tubes to the surface vessels. All of these tubes should have a shut off valve to control back pressures against oil rig or oil well Deepwater Horizon. All of these surface tubes would then be contained in the square steel box for added containement.

     Because the underwater valve or spicket can not be shut off, a policy of containment must be put into place. Hence the theory of prerssure and siphoning off presure to the maximium beneifit is of optimun value.

     Contaiment of the underwater oil valve is of optimum value now. Let U. S. focus there primary.

     At the same time drill the offset well to relieve pressure on the main well, all the while continuing surface waters cures.

     This cap should be so heavy as to preclude original pressures of Deepwater Horizon. But included in or on this 3 holed cap should be a roll off oil coagulating ruber surface with the bonding agent attached to the open spickitt and or soar somewhat similar to a condom roll down to prevent bottom leakage and or a tape of oil based poly?'s with the male banding agents already applied.

     For starters, what is U.S. Immigration? The original bill is what? Has the original bill changed over the last 7 years? Does it include you and me? Or does it exclude you and me? Is it over there but not here?

     Is there any chance of or for the Immigration bill this year? Why and why not? The reason why not is because there is no money in it, and as such DOA.

     Arizona pro's and cons of state immigration law aside, the changing demographics of people and migratory patterns of people for various reasons to various other places worldwide is an issue far bigger than Arizona. Europe is experiencing all kinds of different approaches and positions in multi country and cross cultural clashes too many to count or list here.

     The criminal factor. Trespassing and on and on by criminals will not stop anywhere in the world. That said, not all are criminals and surely I was and immigrant at some time in my family history, just the same as all others here and there.

     Then add the family, or the desecration of the family due to fair and unfair laws and deportation and other practices of separation.

     State vs Federal. Today the states will win in a patchwork of too many different laws in the absence of a unified federal law. That said see changing demographics or migrations of peoples.

     Changing demographics. When the first Immigration bill was introduced 7 years ago, there were more immigrants here. After the economy tanked, many people returned to Mexico because there were no jobs here. After the new Arizona law, now people are leaving Arizona in droves. This dramatically changes the immigration demographics again for better and worse. But there will be no stop of the criminals.

     Are issues of and about immigation more pronounced in some states and less pronounced in other states? Who will do the jobs after the immigrants leave in droves? Are the immigation laws fair to employers and employees on any equalized basis?

     There are many other factors here, but too many to list here and now due to time restraints. More later.

     Carp boat. I am thinking of a new modified catamaran with long and wide nets between the hulls to catch asian carp on the fly. Let the fish jump into the nets between the hulls. Yes, a new kind of fly fishing. And with no limits.

     What is the role of the speculator? Person takes risk wants reward. Price paid, yes, well maybe. What is the price paid by a speculator versus the price paid to, of and by the market and or civilization? For if a speculator takes or makes a position and pays full price for his stake, his reward or decline shall be recognized. Once that single transaction is complete the market is at a changed level that everyone else must pay. And so, how is it fair that a speculator or an individual may set price for all others to follow. For an added weight, consider the market at 11,000, but, with out trading volume. Because this lack of trading volume indicates far fewer players in the market and shows an actual real activity of the few and continuing. Add to that, market timing, the cyclical nature of oil and or other goods and one can see a perfect screen.

     Yes, it has been a long time since this entry. So many things could be noted here.

     Perhaps I should mention a nice lady I remember from Charleston. She said she was not from here and could not vote. But that the people here are so nice. She was nice.

     On Chicago streets many people have not mixed their opinions of politics and politicians with me. Indeed there is a true vetting process here with signature drives and all.

     Today, as my signature drive continues, I was again thrown out of many places in my efforts to acquire 80,000 signatures of registered Illinois voters.

     I was thrown out of the food store on W 47th. Then Fairplay on 47th. Then Jewel Foods on 75th and last but not least, thrown out of the Hyde Park Mall. Truly, that was an experience.

     So when people say where have you been, how come I have not met you? The above are just a few reasons why I may not be as well known as others.

     Then, there is data and stats. Hard as I try to be more and more diversified in different areas and peoples getting the word out about my campaign, the word only falls and flows on to those that will listen or be interested and or involved, if at the very least curious. Here is a statistic, our February 2010 primary had the lowest turn out in Illinois voter history. What does that say?

     And onward, as the trail continues.

     Before I begin, I will asume that you know the histories of these various Companies.

     In the knowing that the SEC was complacent in the depression of 2008, please let me revise the current SEC supposed changes regarding bundled loan securities.

     First of all the minimum requirement of skin in the game for bundled loans of asset backed securities should not be 5 percent. That 5 % is far too low as banks already have a built in loss ratio they always allow for and that bank loss ratio is standard practice in the industry with no penalty to the bank.

     The minimum requirement should be tied to the exact amount that bank charges interest on it's credit cards to the banks customers. That is skin in the game. The reasoning for making the minimum's equal to credit card rates charged to bank customers is that this will drive down the too high credit card interest rates charged to bank customers and at the same time it also protects consumers safety's in the market, ie underwater mortgages, both residential and commercial. This also frees up needed family cash for spending at will in the economy.  All of which have had a dramatic effect against municipal bonds and other markets.

     Also included here should be a flat 1% non negotiable fee paid to the state municipal bonds fund in the state of origination by the bank to protect both the consumer and the government taxpayers from the exponential costs of underwater real estates.

     Yes, there should be a rating from Moody's etc and not left solely to the public for a determination of quality or the lack of.

     And lastly, as seen on prior Blyg's long ago and still with no changes, the complete reinstatement of the Glass Steagall Act which was turned off in 1999 and current. This allowed all indiscretions and illegalities not to be enforced and as such made all markets unenforcible, which in turn guaranteed that no one goes to jail. That alone playing fairly, O'Henry and all the rest.

     So, ask yourself, Do you want to do financial reform the correct way? Or just play patty cake and business as usual.

     Aside from the disgrace that this massive signature drive is needed for any resemblance of decency in Illinois state redistricting to be effected, one simple law could fix this one time all time. This single law creates a straight square grid for districts one time all time and no changes after that. Let the people migrate as they will in and out of districts, but do not change any square district geographic boundary.
