     Yes the state of Illinois has dereged so there can be more nuclear power plants built in Illinois. Yes # 44 allocated 200 billion for the new electric grid out west, new transmission lines across states, wind and many other green related technologies. Without going into the drawbacks to those allocations, the nation needs to increase electric power for consumption.

     Co generation power is safer and more efficient than nuclear electric power. It ties in to all systems easily and is not as ominous to the eye and ear as nuclear power. These plants are more easily protected by homeland security. Safer to operate is the key to all of this. Failure of nuclear can be Chernobyl. Failure of cogeneration is far less frighteninng and much more managable.

What is the total gigawatt of electric power needed to power the US electric car transportation industry for 300 million people? Do we have it?      I am guilty for I have thrown many a stone. 

     This the year of the Priest, year of our Lord 2010, we must pray for the priesthood and indeed Mother Church.

      As we know, the widening sex and abuse scandal of the Roman Catholic Church in Europe an around the world has pained many. The apologies have been written and the new way of business is to turn it all over to the police and the authorities. I am sure wrongs have occurred.

     All of the above can present hypocrisies to, of, and about the church. Yet, there are many a truth to become of all of this.

     First of all the acknowledgment of guilt. That has been done. Although many say that was not good enough and or did not go far enough. Then the apologies. Then the new way of business to turn it all over to the authorities. And of course the lawsuits with the payouts.

     We must pray for Mother Church and the Priesthood. We need the Church now, more than ever. Therefore I pray for the Pope, the Cardinals, the Arch Bishops, the Bishops, the Priests, the Clergy, the Nuns, the Missionaries, the Church, the Parish, our Congregation and all those that are called to do thine will.

     Clearly wrongs have occurred. However, many a good Priest and many a good man have served Mother Church well through out the ages and continuing. And so we pray for the Church and the Priesthood.
    

     Other notes; Yes it pained me to write this. I have no need to throw stones at the church nor anyone else. Yet, I am a part of this church and our society and this world. Institutions,government and authorities have had bad apples and bad men through out history. The Police, the Fire Dept, Industry standards and practices, Banking and on and on and on. Working from within to do what is right and correct to clean up wrongs that have occurred and to try and prevent failures of the past is not an easy task. Yet, clean up and prevention have begun. This is important work so that we may move on and grow together for the betterment of all. Reconciliation.

     This post is about Sovereign debt ratings, but what about the state you live in?

     So how to calculate the state you live in? First we need every state government transparency,     

     www.BudgetIllinois.gov   Hopefully the information you want is there in your state. If not it will be there in the years to come. Anyway, the information we seek is what is the total interest payment the state pays on monies borrowed versus the total revenues the state takes in = a rating. This rating should be a scale of zero to 100. The rate should be firm and posted. Then the rate should be posted to and for and against all fifty states for a far more accurate read and understanding. as equalities and inequalities can then be discerned.  

     One will need a calculator.

     Disclaimer; All of the above is puritan data.
     As the state interest payment is correct, unchanged and certain.
     But what of state government revenues? This is the explosive variable and subject to any and all changes, subject to and of "state accounting standards" if that is a wording and or existence. Take for example the total amount illigal drugs revenues not collected in your state. How much money is that? Why are those illegal drug revenue monies not collected in your state?

     Data specific? What is dataspecific? Is it data less? See prior Blyg's.

     Where do you get your information from? And just exactly what is that? Does that show the generation millennium divide vs those older who still read that dinosaur called a newspaper, vs, todays kids age 1 to 17 who will be the knowns of our now massive data explosion era. Well does it show that only a small and limited quantity of data can actually get through and for further info go to the link later, and how many will actually return later for more of that info. Does that show, you've got 6 seconds, one time. What does data specific show? Is this a dumb down reality, or a truth in capture. Has business and the new business models of search engines and their performances precluded our society as a whole? Is that correct for now and the future. Should there be a minimum standard for data to be transfered and or data specific market  and target marketings? Should business be our only dictate? And if so why not the government dictate as to preferred norms of data specific and or the opposite where the links for more must be included with the archive to last a minimum of 40 years and or no post is legal? Where are you in all of this? Should all publishers, bloggers, facebookeretta's and everyone else be required a minimum data archive and or storage just to be able to print.?      Our children need to be completely re-schooled now, to meet only the next generation of modern living. The data advances are coming so fast now, that only this generation of students can save us, but only if they are schooled properly for this our massive data explosion era.
