     We remember the air lines bail outs. And now, with record never before fees on fees, why are the air lines, like so many other companies just holding cash, and lots of it, to for and with no value to customers?

     Once, there was a day, when value meant something, value of customer. This is not deregulation.

     Logistics. Is not air travel, logistics? Why, was there never a national air travel logistics plan? Are we all doomed to the repeats of sitting on tarmacs, after the new law and fines paid, no problem, paid by free fee increases and multiplying, not value nor value increases. And certainly not respect for customer nor industry.

     The air line industry, once a right of passage and well run when smaller in beginning years is now soup and too big to fail by bail out standards and of continuing decline.

     The utter and complete failure of preached "let the business run it and keep government out and off of it" is but repeating failures of the same vernaculars professed by irked passengers everyday on tarmacs to nowhere.

Please repeat that.

     No repeat of the exclusion of Michigan & Florida voters in the elections of 2008. A national disgrace.
     No repeat of dangling Chad's in Florida and no wrong decisions by a sleepy little judge from nowhere as pronounced by a woman that does not represent you nor I nor U.S.
     No repeat of a failed election for  Lt. Governor as presented by the failure of the State DNC and or the other State party leaderships and councils.

     TAXES. After State bankruptcy is all over and done with in your State and mine, the new State government will be installed and operational. It matters not how drastic the cuts are before and after State bankruptcies. And there will be taxes, there is no other way.

     There will be taxes because the State has undeniable rights to and for the people. The State has an essence. The State may be allowed not to pay it's pension and or other financial responsibilities but, the State will not and can not, not be allowed to complete it's core values of DCFS, the department of child and family services, mental patient responsibilities and the handicapped. Education. Transportation. Health and welfare,  State CDC medicines and distributions thereof, the welfare of it's people and other basic State obligations. The State is primary in obligations to it's people, this fact will not be denied, before and after State bankruptcies.

        Back to Basics.
     The States corruption and financial failures mean that the bad guys who raided every aspect of our societies got theirs and you won't. The bad guys got theirs off the top and all others loose. This is very much like a legalized giant ponzi scheme. The fact that the bad guys have turned off the State laws that enforce the punishments for illegalities, fiduciary and other wise, only proves the bad guys prowess and ongoing. See the failure of reinstating the Glass Steagall Act, the unenforcement of Taft Hartley, The T Art Act  of 2003 not to divulge gun information previously available to all on long guns or Assault rifles and on and on. But still, no one goes to jail and no accountability for anything, by anyone anywhere. Lock 'em all up.

     Collect the taxes, collect the taxes, collect the taxes. Everyone knows the dope dealers and gang bangers are tax free. This must stop. The new federal laws written by Eric Cantor and pals shall read that anyone arrested in the USA must be processed by the IRS and pay all of his her taxes or you do not get out of jail. It matters not what the offense was, nor weather one is found guilty or not, full IRS jail processing and payment in full or one does not get out of jail. This certainly includes many of the big dawg locals where you live. Collect the taxes.

     Why does all of this remind me of Mexico? The USA is so mighty? We have been robbed and with zero accountability.

Because all the while, when the States were engaged in financial ruin and continuing, the massive dope trades have literally burned down every neighborhood and every taxpayer to the tune of minus 60 billion dollars annually. And so, you do the math; 60 billion dope dollars annually divided by 313 million people annually = ? Now take that per annum # and multiply by the number of years the dope trade has gotten larger, +, one must factor in here (the exponential growth or rate as rubixed yearly) and the take over of all of the United States. This issue must be addressed State and federal now and be all inclusive to and for any and all solutions of fiscal prudence or responsibilities.

     Per State, triple reverse negative black hole quantifications are also needed here and there. As this will show even greater disparities of per State vs federal economic disparities against who and where the worst offenders are. As if we don't already know, but, at least these data's would be of empirical mappings with all connotations ans analytical abilities thereof. And so, you do the math; 20 Billion U.S. Illinois dope dollars divided by 13 million people in Illinois = ? That # equals the amount of total devastation against the State on a per person cost basis, but does not include the free ER services and all other free over stressed state services rendered to all aspects related to dope crimes of too much to count. This does not mean we should not qualify and quantify all results using the U of I computer resources to print all data's available. Then the analytics.

     And for those that say it is not so, because there is always one. Don't shoot the messenger.

        Which brings us to the total outlaw of TORRENS and every scam in the book and on the books. TORRENS will be banned from every State by federal law one time all time never to return. This shall include all of the newly written update land laws by Eric Cantor and pals who say the only priorities are appropriations and nothing else. Not quite the same as appropriate.         Should the State be allowed to go bankrupt? Perhaps, the better question is, should the State be allowed to continue?

     Please note multiple disclaimers daily, too many to list by day.

     The State declares Bankruptcy. Then what?

     In the absence of State who is in charge? Answer; The Federal Government. Not your state supreme court and it's justices. Therefor, there shall be no State bankruptcy proceedings in, nor, or by any state court for any reason. Not to mention complete collusion of judges. Also, because of the fact that there may be multiple State bankruptcies, it would be a huge mistake to allow a mis match, patch work of State bankruptcies to define 50 different intricacies of too complicated per state ways and means. A dreadful mistake and not a full resolve for any state, thus furthering all exacerbations of nothingness and the continuing of indifferences.

     The federal court shall decide any and all State bankruptcies. No other way. The problem here is we need the new federal laws written for the State bankruptcies, so as to be practiced in uniformity for all State bankruptcies. These new laws will be written by Eric Cantor and his pals to achieve such uniformities. Clearly we must hurry with these new federal State bankruptcy laws and they shall all be written, passed and made law by 3-1-2011 and no later. These new federal bankruptcy laws of States shall include the complete inclusion of Independent voters in every equality for State and federal voting and election laws for both the primary and general elections as a matter of resolve and the appointment of at least two Independents to the FEC or no deal.

     Assets and liabilities shall be handed down and out by the federal judge and all rulings will be final.

     Pain and sufferings begin, perhaps for decades, as all promises are broken and with no return.


        Then what?

     The State is dissolved entirely. All State elected officials and all appointments are defunct and cease to be. See the federal judge and no one else.

        Then what?

     The new State Constitution is written. In Illinois, the new State Constitution shall be written by this man.

     This new State Constitution shall include but not be limited too; All of Illinois reform, the complete inclusion of Independent voters, statewide and federal as it pertains to equalized election and voting laws for both the primary and general elections forever into the future, Statewide Recall of any and all elected officials, authorities and appointments, The complete new one time all time resolve of State districting and it's geographies by the platting of The Merrill Act and permanent, with no changes. The complete and total  revamp of judicial and judges elections Statewide as defined by the new Independent Judges review board, made up of the eleven member panel to include 4 never to be elected doctors of law emeritus pro tom of age banded widths 30, 40, 50 and 60, 3 former State supreme court justices, 1 current State supreme court justices, 2 close to being State supreme court justices and one retired U.S. supreme court justice. The new drastically reduced numbers of Statewide elected officials in the State house and senate will be 30 in the state house and just 15 in the state senate. The complete closings of townships, towns and other State authorities, never to reopen. County government cut to 1/4 of it's current positions and appointments. City of Chicago alderman reduced to only 15 alderman / woman and permanent. No perfunctitory jobs nor duties, the elimination of Lt. governor and many other positions.

     The federal judge shall set the date of the new statewide election. Vote.

     For all those that think less government will be great and love all of the above, it will be you that picks up the kids because there are no buses and it will be you that waits in ever increasing long lines for government issues and it will be you that takes the seniors to hospital because there is one less ambulance and it will be you that pays full price every inch of the way for all of the above and then some. Because none of the above means your taxes will go down. Because at some point, after you cut it to the bone and then cut the bone, there is still a basic and vital need for government, like it or not. It matters not that it is your daddy's day, my day or your kids day, government is essential.

     Which brings us to federal taxes. When people do not pay taxes, there will be less government. Is that a good thing?

And yes that will lead to an added increase to anyone that stays in Chicago. Moving to the suburbs, repeat that.
