The absence of the public option and multiple disclaimers, too many to list. However, BlythAmerica shall endeavor to name a few.
First of all, it pains many to rehash the past on this issue, including me.
U.S. Corporate lawyers were notified over a year ago to do all possible ASAP to terminate all Company health insurance to employees. Still the standing order.
Republican business owners, not Congress, cry, no shriek socialism, yet it is they (R) that will personally institute by their own hand what U.S. socialized medicine and industry was not intended to be by ditching their employees in their contract with America. AKA "Dumping". And in fact, it is the Republicans that will give birth to and of U.S. socialized health care. Why? Because in the beginning, just like the end and everywhere in between, the Republicans do not want to pay. They do not want to pay for health insurance and they do not want to pay for anything else. Period.
Were the (R) asked to participate in National Health care at the time? Yes, but No.
Are the (R) asked to participate in this way now? No, but Yes. What part of Democracy or Republic is that? And where is that in the constitution?
Currently, the latest polls say 2 out of 3 voters do not favor repeal of HR 3590. That could change dramatically, should Corporate America "Dump", or ditch employees in droves. Should that happen, will the Republicans be engaged to act on anything to do with national health care in Congress? You be the judge.
Remembering who denied all Americans health care at the time of that legislation is not pleasant, truly frightening and a forever legacy politic.
How fast will Corporate America "Dump" or drop employees into the ditch? So fast, it will make your head spin. And that includes the entire nation.
And for the nat sayers of it all, or at least of all of the above. Please consider the following, and answer yes or no.
There are a group of U.S. business owners gathered at the table. One says to the group? If there was a way for me to not pay health insurance premiums for my employees and pocket all of those monies for myself, should I do it?
More disclaimers.
Now consider all of the deficit ridden states. Now consider the complete inability of any state system to run or manage the massive new numbers of peoples being dumped onto state run systems, hospitals and medical services of all kinds. Consider the efficiencies of any part of that? And now consider the decency of any part of that.
Not liking the way the whole thing went down and or is going to go down is one thing. Living and dying with it is something else.
Does anyone remember what the (R) national heath care plan was prior to the passage of HR3590? Sounds deathly the same in just a very short while from now.
More disclaimers. Health insurance stocks and their employees jobs.
Quality of health care nation wide.
Tracking medicare and medicaid fraud under our new soon (R) plan.

Consider the overall composite facts, that the U.S. Senate should reject credentials, understand Illinois Reform and national reform, remember the debauchery of not having the special election for U.S. Senate in Illinois 2009 as was and is the law, the lowest voter turn-out in Illinois history for the 2010 primary election, the wrongfulnesses of confusing voters to vote twice for Illinois U.S. Senator in the November 2010 general election and the absolute desperate need for full Illinois Recall law and national law, recall as repeated over and over in Illinois and nationally at every level of government and appointees since 1818, recall that is the far better resolve for impeachments both state and federal, which does not include the watered down version of failed current Illinois recall and many other state laws. And look at Illinois now?
See prior Blyg;s for all of the above in far greater detail including the permanent solution for the single best answer and resolve for redistricting in Illinois and much more.
Know that I had and have a plan for the complete failure and collapse of state.

Texas. Rangers.
The Chicago Bears.
Jay Cutler could be injured for life at such a young and gifted age. The millionaire quarterback is of what value then? The Bears say, they want to afford Cutler his own way of quarterbacking. Nothing wrong with that. Except, if you will not protect him, all is lost. If there is no running game to alleviate the pass game, all is lost. And so, the fate of a good guy quarterback for the Chicago Bears is now squarely in the hands of the opponents defense.
You should have seen the Seahawks defense laying off Jay Cutler in a show of good sportsmanship, trying desperately not to ruin the poor guy for life and he still took too many sacks.
And remembering the look on Dan Marino's face when he came back for his final season, the look after being sacked with a 300 pound lineman on him, laying on the ground in pain and suffering, saying to himself, what have I done, this is not worth it.

I do apologize for what some see as a curse word yesterday. Clearly Blyth America reserves the right to correct, edit and retract anything. I meant no harm. And yes, I know to keep it clean and I believe in that.
Recently I pulled into a nearby gas station. Inside to pay for gas, there was a young man who had a shirt on that read "Every Damn Day". matched only by the over powering look on his face of total disgust, dismay and dis belief of having to do it all again, just one more time, and yet in the knowing it will never end and he had been broken at such an early age. And no, it was not right. It is all too much, It was all too much and it was not ending. It was the dope. It was the slave trade of the dope. It was the life of the dope.
Oh, it was fun at first, then the dope moved on to a full time job, then, that's all there was, dope. Dope, dope, dope. "Every Damn day".
Too be clear here I am not trying to be a mockery of wrongful or bad wordings. This is not in jest and I am not trying to be clever in the repeated use of a curse word. It is only that the shirt and the man had matched out to completion in a single glance. And so stunning. Broken.
The young man was about 25 and I did not talk with him. I know nothing about him, never saw him again.
He wanted out. All the way out, not just for him, but for his people and his world. But where to go? What jobs? Still he was going to get out. And I hope he makes it. Every day.

Mesa Rosario and The BVM.
When we look at the collective works of the BVM, just like the picture of the field, it is impossible to calculate all of the goodness done and continuing. From caring for the poor, the sick and helping the aged, to housing, in home Eucharist, and far too many other ministries to list. We are so grateful and say thank you to the BVM and all nuns and missions worldwide.
However the good nuns of the BVM and other orders are in a big decline of enrollment worldwide. This is not a problem. This is a major disaster for mankind, as who can and will replace the composite miracles of the BVM and their good deeds?

30 cents = Milorad. However, in all fairness, at least he paid his taxes. Unlike those millionaires who seek the highest offices of the great state of Illinois and have paid nothing, or in fact received huge windfall tax credits. Personally, I had a difficult time paying my 2009 taxes, but paid I did.
Which brings me to endorsements, now and in the near future. Candidates of Illinois statewide and more. The Illinois Voters Guide.
Have some guts! Take a position! Make a position! Stand up and vote your way! Vote! Apathy serves no man nor woman. And remember the 2010 Illinois primary had one of the lowest voter turn-outs in history. Believe it or not, there is simply no reason for any repeat of voters not voting. Get to the pols and vote!. Early voting is on right now! Experience early voting, one will enjoy the ease of it all!
I am voting for Pat Quinn for Governor because the other guy, the millionaire, paid zero federal taxes. Ask the other guy if he needs a little loan?
Forest Claypool for Cook County Assessor. And to be fair, Robert C. Grota is fair minded.
Dan Rutherford for Treasurer.
Judy Topinka for Controller.
Willie Cochran for 20th Ward Alderman is doing a fine job.
Kwame Raoul for state Senator. One of the brightest minds in Illinois government. Could be the next Governor of Illinois.
Much more later.
