     Understanding the advances of technologies, graphics, and information are all well and good but when and where is enough. Clearly we have all seen the rudities of technology. Phones ringing in the wrong place and time, people on the phone when talking to you, sexting and on and on. Etiquette is one thing, plain wrong is another.

     The abuses of technologies have very much changed our world not necessarily for the better. One such instance is the loss of the phone booth, Another is now having to all 10 digits for the phone and etc... Cyber theft and a slew of other cyber related crimes to match.

     Tomorrow's kid Holden from Catcher In The Rye will look like this. And a runaway with the tech child he and she will be. There is no stopping that now. And will any adult ever be able to keep up and or cope with the new tech days ahead? Now imagine all of that in your prescription glasses.

     Nope no more remote controls or clickers and who can imagine the emerging scams that come with TED and the new Holden. We know not to keep up will leave our consumer do it for business society with the individual dependent on the next generation just to understand systems. Systems you will know or you will not receive goods, services and or products.

     One can not vote Independent nor declare themselves Independent in most of these United States. The reason why one may not vote Independent is because there is no Independent Party in your state. Election laws are established by your state laws. If there is no Independent Party in your state you may not vote as an Independent, at least in the primaries. And even in the general elections this coming November one may not declare an Independent ballot because there is no Independent Party in your state.

     A party must be established. Only after a party is established may you vote in it and for it's candidates.

     You have heard of the green party, the libertarian party, the democratic party and republican/tea parties. All of those parties exist because someone at a prior date had enough signatures during a signature drive to establish those parties by having the needed amount of signatures required by your state to be on the ballot. Once, one person has the needed amount of signatures required to be on the ballot as a party, from then on, the party is established and anyone can declare themselves that party and vote for that parties candidates, but only those party candidates in the primary. Illinois currently does not have an Independent Party and therefore one may not vote that way for an Independent nor as an Independent even though he or she is an Independent.

     All of the above is grossly unfair to the voter and the electorate. In modern times we have heard much about the Independents and their votes. Yet, as a group and as an individual the Independents will not be counted. Simply because there is no Independent party in your state.

     And it gonna be big, really big money, here in Illinois. Perhaps the most money in U.S. history for a U.S. Senate race. Unlimited big bucks. Oh baby.

     Yes I have heard about the Tea Party's and the Tea Partiers. And yes, so has every other politician and non politician heard of the Tea Party nearest you and me. And that is the whole point. I, we and them were all listening months ago and now and continuing. The biggest problem in the early days of the Tea Party was, just exactly what do they want? That was not clearly spelled out. Now it is being clarified, just exactly who and what Tea Partiers are and want. It helps when one states their position clearly. But, we were always listening and continuing.

     No one has a problem with your group, your people or your positions and why. But please say what you want cleary so that you may be addressed properly.

     There are many issues here, not all may be addressed.

     For starters no one doubts that the Tea Partiers are not patriots We know and have known that they are patriots. No one ever said they are not patriots. Being involved and or activism is a good thing, it is better when your issues are clearly stated for all to see and know and not a loose band of something over here and something else over there. None the less we were always listening and continuing.

     Recently this Contract With Illinois came out. And it is good because it clearly states this groups positions right or wrong but clearly stated.

     The town hall meetings where U.S. Senator Arlan Specter and many other politicians went to hear and listen to citizens could have been far more beneficial had there been orderly and clear positions said, taken and made. It is here in the clear agenda of a people, a group or body that one may respond in a correct way and or format to what is being asked or said. People do not have time to figure out a group with unclear goals, objectives and or other loose knit ideas and or agendas.

     What is wrong with stating your ideas or positions clearly so they may be listened to properly? Nothing is wrong with that. And we are still listening, always were listening.

     Illinois citizens are rightfully upset about a great many things and people both locally and nationally. This does not mean all will be accommodated and does not guarantee satisfaction nor equality, that alone enough hours in the day for compliance as thought the above was possible.

     That said, just wait for the new Supreme Court Corporate finance laws to kick in. When that happens, if you think you did not like local or national politics prior to today, we are all in for a rough ride ahead with devastating consequences.

     Try to imagine a new or old populist candidate winning his/her race with a majority votes and or a clear mandate by the people, only now to be unseated by huge big dollar slick Corporate and other interests not necessarily those of the people in that area and or district. And now multiply that nationally to the tune of the most money wins period. Please note, that tune is the most money wins, there was no mention of the people winning for any reason. That said, who and what candidate will run for office not bought and paid for outright and continuing or else he/she will be unseated the same way and for the distinct purpose of big money only and nothing butt.

     You say you can live with that. Okay.

     Try this. Say, by the minuscule chance of a peoples man or woman beating the new big money Corporate funding system actually does arrive and beats the our new system and actually gets on the ballot. Will he or she beat this, as sponsored by the new Corporate funding system after the fact and the now increased monies?

     In the mean time and I do mean mean, who now has a chance. Because in today's world one need only query who fits the most populist person to run for any given race and the computer model pops up the winner. Now add the Corporate fund raising at a bare minimum, because the Corporations are cheap and do not want to spend the money, only should a race get close will they spend the money and only if need be. And yet the underlying fact is absolute, Corporate compliance of the candidate or else ouster certain. No need for town hall meetings and or anything else.

     Who among the dissenters of Bernanke could take his place? Audit the fed? What does that prove to or for the loudest dissenters? I say let these dissenters audit the fed. That way it will be done to their likings.

     There are many issues here I would like to touch on. If Bernanke was removed, who would take his place? I do not throw the baby out with the bath water, although it is certain there are those who would and will.

     The above is nothing more than anarchy and mayhem for anarchy and mayhem by those that either can not nor will not understand the federal reserve in it's entirety. And there is more. There are also the same dissenters calling for new state and federal consttitutional laws governing many aspects of life and business in the U.S. that already are in place and have long existed. And yet, those same dissenting mouths gets louder.

     On the street I have heard many dissents against the Federal Reserve. But when i engage the conversation for further clarity I find there is a limited knowledge of the complexity and regular workings of the Federal Reserve.

     So aside from some failed populist wantings for the fed chief's head who was not and is not the problem and or the true populist position against the big banks, AIG, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Credit default swaps and most notably the fact that no one went to jail. The truth is Mr Bernanke did a phenomenal job with his hands tied by other executive and legislative branches most formidably in his way by # 43, O'Henry, the 1999 repeal of the Glass Steagall Act and other antiquated financial laws of antiquation not updated since the great depression.      A correct populist position is against the banks and financial institutions who were and are the cause of  this recession. Should there be a backlash or revolt, it is here where the problem was and is business as usual. And so as an individual, one may pay off and destroy his/her credit cards and stop using ATM machines. The individual may want to join a credit union. There are many easy good ways not to be a part of the problem and to be a part of the solution.

     Another solution is to bust up big, these U.S. monopoly banks, for consumer protection and greater competition of banking and get this? Making loans? Or here's a novel? Making loans to Americans?

     I for one am all for Mr. Bernanke. Try to imagine this? Let Mr. Bernanke take the gloves off and run the Federal Reserve system his way all the way and watch world markets fly. Watch Corruption and cronnyism all but disappear. And then watch the U.S. dollarsoar to never seen heights worldwide crushing China and all else. (Don't tell Fox or Glenn Beck, they are clueless here and there.) Let Mr. Bernanke clean house his way of the federal reserve board and watch expansive new competition stateside and all for the better. Oh baby, just take the brakes off this Mr. Bernanke, let him bring the U.S. to a total new understanding of U.S. money and banking and the father of the New World Market System for decades to come. Please note; Glen Beck preaches the new world order and has absolutely no clue what he is talking about. I am talking about the new world market system. See prior Blyg's.

     Constitutionally questionable. There are many issues here. Is it right for all the states to pay for Nebraska forever? Much the same as the disparity of bailing out the individual states deficits as seen on prior Blyg's. Federal versus state and that old question. One national senator? What is one national Senator? Does one Senator, by self placing by rule and position speak for the whole country and or lock out all of the people for self or lawyer ways, means and or big business at all costs to everyone else but him? Are the rules and procedures for or against the people, no, only when used against the people, and to what end, only that of self gratis. Because one can, does not mean he should, and forever shall it be written.

     Objectivity and U.S. Healthcare? What is created when failure reigns, but failure itself. Named, signed sealed and delivered by personal agenda ahead of home state, ahead of nationalism, and ahead of persona. Senator Robert Byrd said it best, Shame.

     Not all of the questions here may be asked. but.... Is this what the people of those individual states wanted? See pols of those individual states for the correct responses of those state voters. To be sure there was no Internet yes and no survey of the voters prior to Senate actions. Are the people of those states happy with the actions of these Senators against the will of the nation? Are the voters of all of the other 48 states happy about the grandstanding of personal gratis of which they must pay for? And what if any fairness is to be found? There is no such thing as a right to be wrong, never was nor will be.

     U.S. Healthcare. Last quarter and current, we have seen 20%+ increases at renewals for business health insurance. Much of these renewal increases are not justified as there were no claims. That means that the health Insurance Companies made money last year. That also means that there is no good business reason for these large unaffordable increases for all. The absence of the public option allows the Insurance industry free will to do whatever they want and are active as such currently. The simple fact is, that businesses can not afford this any longer. This is not a game. Oh, you can buy the health stocks, but you better be good at market timing, but will your market gains be ahead of premium and for how long, as we have seen cyclically over the last twenty five years?

     I want the public option. The public option is the only oversight rule and or law to reign in greedy Insurance Companies. One needs only to look at the banking and credit card industry as they have skirted any and all new laws at the peoples expense and umjustifiably. And I support the cap of 16% max for credit cards as seen on prior Blyg's.

     This is a tough one, but, this is a must.

     The above can be very difficult to understand and even harder to put into action. Yet it is imperative to the one and to the soul that this be done for everyone's future. Knowing the pain and transgressions against an individual and it's perpetrators, the motive or lack of motive does not justify another wrong or some other kind of evil and or revenge. It is here, in this cognitive action that separates and distinguishes men of men and yes, women of women.
