     The U.S. Attorney General in considering any deal with ex gov Milorad should insist on no deal unless all book, publishing, copywright, all rights and monies thereof and therefrom anything to do with royalties from a movie and or a Milorad book shall be turned over to the IL. taxpayers as a part of any restitution. This should include and not be limited to any and all music rights and the use of his likeness and or image. And you can add the names of all the other criminals to this list and do likewise to and for them for us. This should include but not be limited to anyone and everyone testifying against Milorad and anyone and everyone Milorad testifies against. Let's turn this around and make this whole mess bleepin golden for the taxpayers of Illinois. Move Illinois forward now. Right now.

     Really big. But Milorad needs to hurry because soon he will have nothing to say that other criminals have not already told U.S.AG Patrick Fitzgerald. That means he has a problem. With so many crooks already giving afidavits to the U.S. AG there may be nothing the ex gov Milorad can add except time to his prison sentence.

     The truth of ex gov Blojob is that his criminal actions have cost IL taxpayers millions. Millions of dollars we don't have and as such there will be a need to raise taxes. So the cycle continues, politicians steal the money by making illegal laws legal and then there is a shortfall that will be filled by taxpayers. And on, and on.....

     You deserve it. Hurray for Illinois. We are proud to have you. You have my vote at the next election.

     It all starts like this; the IL. gov Milorad makes his entrance to the choirs of boos, hisses and other ings of the so profaine IL. senate. After a time of raucus and continued ings everyone settles down. The IL gov Milorad, although not to bright, finally senses people here do not like him. He is sworn in, in Serbien, no objection there, then takes a seat looking out and over the jury of his peers and says to himself these are my pals. He then states quite eloquently that they are all his pals. Meaning; they are his personal ass lickers or pals. He then starts out with deliberation of a poem of woe and ill to sustain his completed failure as a man. Objection is immediately called by one who has risen sensing the poem is directed at them. Sussss- stained, cries the gavel and will the IL gov Milorad kindly make his remarks relevant to anything, those are the senate rules. With that Milorad is upset and now calls out names of IL. senators etc.......etc... etc... and more, much more. The only question is who will he name in his poetic tale of woe and ill.

     So, how many names did the IL. gov name. See the transcript. 

     The vote comes around 4:30 today. Until then, some others have a say. 

     Rather the French guilletine and razor sharp awaiting it's head for prize and showmanship. King will not be at the impeachment today. Rather, a large consignment of metal detectors and other anti terrorist device installers will have worked around the clock to make the IL senate more secure than your local High School. Nelson Mandela will not be there today but a rather large contingent of former Il. state troopers who used to work for the IL. Gov Blow a job will be there, if only to get in The IL. gov Milorad's face to make it clear that they too do not want him to name their names, dates, places and dollar amounts, not to mention the money the IL. gov still owes them for dirty work performed. They play by the rules. Patty might be there today if only to help Milorad with any missing vernacular. Winston and Strawn will be there today to lend a hand for due remittance of cash only, then swing em. Jesse White will be there to sign anything in trplicate with zeal. And the Handy Wipe man ( who just got the new state of  IL. contract for life) will be there to dispense the (re-usable or multi- puropse) paperwork of clean-up or at least to wash their hands of this, thissss ex gov. No signature required, see IL. senate rules.

     And we could see extra innings as many or all of the IL state legislature wants their 5 minutes of repute and disdain. This should be granted as there could be some vernacular that has been over looked and will not be on the record, of course. And I do mean course.

     It was curious, the over interest by the IL. senate as to anything and everything about bugging devices. Many times they tried to trip up the seasoned witness's from the feds office. It was interesting that as a courtesy form the U.S.AG's office these federal agents were sent to testify if only limited, and were met by a large group of maltreatment to guests. The IL. senate questions about buggings were to find out how they could avoid if possible buggings against themselves. This could be said another way as IL. gov Blow a job looks for work. Also of note was how many times former IL. senator, President elect Obama's name was mentioned during the trial by IL. gov Blow a job. See the complete transcript of yesterdays trial. It could be said that the IL. gov Milorad is a name dropping fool. Play the tapes. As for the IL. gov's antics, no one is laughing. See the overly interested IL. senate. And of late note, IL. gov Blow a job said he will appear tommorrow at the impeachment.

        This will be better than CSI or hollywood. This is the stuff you don't get at the movies.

     You really will not see this on the Veiw or Larry King. Good bye Milorad. This is golden.

     This is stunning and positively endless. Far too overwhelming. Gasp.

     Illinois really is a great state in every way. The business of the state provides for many of our most needy. From mental health to IL.DCFS to kids programs to medical coverage, all kinds of social programs of importance. Yes the big money is in the road contracts but that is not what the state is all about. The state is all about people and service to people. Service in law, judicial, corrections, family, senior care, ADHD, teaching and schools, medicines and medical, insurance, finance, EPA, agriculture and much more.

     The state of Illinois is about working with people. Clearly there are many fine and dedicated state employees here doing right for the people day in and day out in what can be chaotic or unclear ways of how to proceed in a vastly changing world. The state is broke as are most states. The state like many households is struggling to make it. Harsh economic climates can fan tempers and ways in any household. This is true nationally also. Still there is resolve to get it all done. And there is only one way to get it all done, and that is to work with each other.

     In the knowing that recall would have resolved the current failure of IL. gov Milorad and many others, and in the knowing that a special election was the right thing to do, let us move on. IL.gov Milorad  will be terminated as an employee this week. It is certain his antics of the media will not save him from the jail cell. The amount of evidence and testimony against him now is long past doubt.

     The future of Illinois after Milorad is already in place with Lt. gov Patrick Quinn and others eager to move on with the state. Let us hope the new regime will do the people's business of state and move Illinois forward.

     So, Blojo thinks to himself, Let's see I have already put enough away for the kids who will live with gandpa or sister in law, no problem there. I have at least $5 million in cash and more, think I can make it on that. My wife Patty has not divorced me yet. I have not been indicted yet. My credit is good. And Oh, that bleepin ocean looks bleepin golden to me. Gee? This is a tuff one? I hope I get this right? Do I go back to IL. and do 20 years in prison, or do I get a ride on that charter boat over there, just 100 yards out the door, any door.

     But the Fed's took my passport when I was arrested back in December. No problema, sure does pay to have freind's in little village and the fib'th, er ehm I mean the the fifth Congressional district. They print em free passports. Any name you want, Rod, Milo, Milorad, Rodney, Fink, any name you want and we print em now, and the IL. state police will deliver as always, that would be the IL. gov's personal body guards for free also. Never did like those taxes. They play by the rules. Luv those guys.

     All I really needed was to make it to a port city. But wait? There must be time for one last fund raiser. Let's see? Do you think there is anyone in IL. and Washington who would like to give thousand's of dollars to IL. gov blojo, to see IL. gov Blojo just go away? Go away to anywhere, just go away and stay gone?      That is the only question left now. Because in these recession times it is hard to imagine who would blow a $156,000 a year job. And it could determine quite a bit more than just poetry.      Il. governor milorad aka blow job is counting the days now before going to jail broke. It is hard to imagine how anyone can blow a $156,000 job. His wife Patty wants her pay in full until the end of August from her fired job at the Chicago Christian Industrial League and has her attorney working on that. Here it is curious to note that Illinois is a big state. I posted that for my teacher freinds who do so right by the little ones. Obviousely you are in Galena or Springfeild or Rosemont reading this right now so why is it that in Chicago, Madison and Green Street is the center of blow jobs universe? What is it that makes Madison and Green so special?

     The IL. governor has lost his attorney Ed Genson as he has lost gov Jim Thompson's Winston & Strawn in the past and will continue in the future. IL. AG Lisa Mdigan is his attorney in the IL. senate final death nail IL. impeachment of gov blow job. This should last only a week and then IL. gov blowjob will be out of work like the rest of IL. and the nation. Doubtless they will file for unemployment benefit checks from the IL. DOL. After that, he has until April 7th to find out when U.S. AG Patrick Fitzgerald will give him justice. Around that time there could be many other names to post justice by the U.S. AG. Curiously Mr. Genson and Winston & Strawn will be in the thick of that cash cowfeild of the cowtown.

     The amount of names and people lined up against gov blowjob in his upcoming federal trial is staggering by any defintion. It is no wonder U.S. AG needed more time to put it all in place. In the mean time Milorad agaist the direct orders of council has decided to do the Veiw and other places of no matter in an apparent effort to skew his federal jury into thinking he can not get a fair trial anywhere. But hasa's do not fly (a pig that does not fly straight) and gov blowjob will be dragged into jail. The jail he will be in has no need for poets and in fact frowns on poetry. Sob. But it is that same jail where gov blowjob will learn to sing in an all new definition with lots of names dates and places including dollar amounts. He will have the last laugh.

     1. Must abolish illegal bucket shop laws that the U.S. Congress illegally passed in 1999. This is a must and with all do speed.

     So let me spell this out for you. All of the U.S. housing/ mortgage bundled derivatives were bought by U.S. banks,  (they were and are worthless) they were then repackaged by U.S. banks and then sold worldwide as an investment. But beacuse there was a risk to buying these aka junk bonds the buyer wanted insurance in case of default. Not the same as a warrant, U.S. banks then went to the illegal (aka black market) credit default swap market and bought insurance for their junk U.S. housing or mortgage derivatives to make them more attractive for sale. The # 1 item here is the underlying value of the product (in this case the U.S. housing/ motrgage security). This is called fraud. See prior Blygs for expanded definitions. And hey, while the U.S. bankers were there, in the credit default market, they also sold your personal banking information (aka banking lists) to ready buyers worldwide. When the U.S. housing bubble burst, the black market credit default swap industry could not and will not cover the losses. Everybody scat like rats with your money and you hold the bag. The reason why no one went to jail much less charged is because Congress made it all legal and beacause # 43 the chief law enforcement officer made no enforcement and in fact backed off all rule and or law enfocement agencies to encourage and expand operations. After which # 43 said the market is not broken, needs no fix and that he is not responsible for the world recession/depression nor anything else.

     2. Must abolish illegal credit default swaps and put down massive law enforcement against any and all partakers. See prostitution laws by Elliot Spitzer and add it to RICO enforcement. Take it all.

     I have received an increase of my APR on all of my credit cards. I am sure that I am not alone in this scam. The U.S. banking bail out of billions given to banks and continuing to be given to U.S. banks is a disgrace and a national tadgedy. Why? Because the banking bail outs were supposedly intended to help and or assist U.S. consumers.

     So let me list the new laws to be enacted retroactively within the U.S. banking system before 1 penny of the slated new 350 billion additional your money bail out is given to any U.S. bank. Please note the elimination of these fees means that banks will have to make money on loans to consumers. Loans to consumers and businesses is the intent of the bail outs. There is no other intent of the U.S. banking bail out. Any use of bail out monies by U.S. banks not of intended purpose is fraud and several other crimes of which there will be jail and then trial since there are no laws anyway. Note, note there has been not one fee, fine nor penalty to or against any U.S. bank for anything or reason in this collasall malfeasence at the very least. Not to mention zero accountabllty.

1. No fees from U.S. banks. That means NO FEES period. No B12's fees, no checking fees, no check cashing fees, no ATM fees, no increase in credit card fees, no loan origination fees, no penalty withdrawl fee, no merchant fees, no coin counting fees and etc...

2. Total elimination of check cashing float or 3 day waiting waitng period for checks to clear. This is an interna U.S. banking fraud and scam. This float time fee is nothing but interest earned on your money by U.S. banks. We do not live in the 1940's. Let these banks become computer up to date or die. If you want a time period fine, 5-1-2010 for computer compliance only. Retroactive is the date of total 3 day scam rule of failure.

 3. Credit card rates will be capped nationally at 9% and with no trigger.. This is uniformity and now a national known. Trigger means; that if there is a failure of payment on one credit card or loan then immediately all other credit card and loan rates jump astronomically and thus you will not ever be able to pay for anything. No Trigger means the elimintion of sudden death by finance. Effectively a trigger is a high ARM loan/ ballon loan and should be illegal all together. This allows for a creditor to negotiate new terms not to exceed new national norms of the U.S. banking/credit cards industry.

4. Pay day loan stores will be outlawed period. The new national capped rates of interest an institution can charge is too low for there existance. If a consumer needs a weekly advance on his/her check this should be possible at the bank only.

5. Data theft in, by, and for U.S. banks. Everyone knows these banks sell your information lists worldwide to many various buyers, some legal and some not legal. All of this reminds me of the IL. impeachment, long past a joke, simply a mockery of anything known. Many major U.S. banks have admitted massive data losses of your info in just the last 3 years and that figure will quadruple in just this year. All of that is no harm, no foul and it is all foul. Can we get some major law enforcement here. Let's skip the nonsense. Prosecute.

6. Write down the value of U.S. bank assets to nuclear winter levels. This is all important.

     Let the U.S. banks make money on loans to consumers and businesses. That is the intent of the bail outs. Banking fees to consumers and businesses is a reward for failure and crime of U.S. bankers and is the standard of the industry.

     Note, all of the above increases demand at and for banks. Increased volume is the intent.

     Note, you do not give a bank my money and let the bank charge me fees agaist my money. Also, you do not give a bank my money and not let them not earn there money. I said earn.

Then Milorad should reject and denounce all nominatios for IL. senate, then tear up their paperwork of nominations. Then he should not lower the gavel, and as such not usher in the new IL. senate.      Then Milorad should sign an executive order saying IL. judges need not attend, that this is a senate matter, that this IL. senate will never be seated by him and that the secretary of state need not bother to to sign or verify nor seal nor affix any definition of approval whatsoever for any reason including ceramonial or otherwise as it simply is not needed period and that he should be removed for cause or lack of which ever comes first. Then, Milorad should belabor the moment with a poem of woe for all with that smile on his face, pocket the gavel and exit the senate gently tossing the torn up IL. senate nomination paperwork as rose pedals before him and into the air here and there as a symbol of no tension here. Where is Terry Gainer when you want him? He plays by the rules? Then Milorad will take his private jet to Chicago and give the bill to us. Bet on it. All of this at high noon. Look for blushing. Meanwhile, and I do mean meanwhile, the Irish (including O'bama) will be taking notes of all this to keep in their Irish hearts.

     Giving banks U.S. bail out money. Ok, now they got the money. There is no rocket science to any of this. These new bailout monies are being used to buy whatever the banks can make the most money on and with. So seriously, why would a bank make loans to a less than prime customer for anything cars, houses, business loans etc... when they can make a killing buying banks and continuing to massively manipulate oil and other markets worldwide and at will for billions of no fault dollars, most of which is tax free and repay the bailout monies with the same new monies, using the same unregulated lawless rules that got US into this mess to begin with. No changes and no change.

     I hope that is not too disrespectful for those sensitive theives and for those who would have the world all pastel and Monet. And where can I get a pair of those rose colored galsses? Maybe I should get two in case I forget. I want to be sensitve to all massive U.S. thievery. This is so appropriate. And I do mean appropriate or thievery. Now where is that exit plan.

     And last but not least, someone needs to remember, that the U.S books were in the black when # 42 left office. There was no U.S. deficit. Not that there is any definitive number of the current U.S. deficit as yet assigned to # 43. That is accounting of another standard if any. See Arthur Anderson for details. The return flights of these huge aircraft, packed to the rafters with billions of U.S, cash were also photo'd by U.S. soldiers. All of these photo's were on national tv at one time but are now heavilly restricted.

     All of this calls to mind Quentin Tarantino.s movie Pulp Fiction, where the first 30 minutes of the movie is about criminals demading and insisting on, to and for respect, and the scene with Quentin Tarantino himself, "where he says do you see a sign on my front lawn that says bring...................... over here", and after some consternation he repeats, well do you see that sign that says bring any and all stupid crimal stuff over here. The point is you have been played. Criminals demanding respect is a play against your self persona and simply is not possible to achieve. I need not respect a fool.     As seen on prior Blygs months ago this ongoing billions of a scam just keeps getting bigger. # 43  thinks you and I did not and do not see it, and therein lies the current state of the union. The simple fact that repeatedly and over and over politicians treat the American people as dumb and dumber is mind numbing in audacious gall and stupidity. In the short period of time I was on the campaign trail this was the single most occurring fact against the American people that truly resonates before, during and after. Understanding oil (see prior Blygs) is not hard once you know how and who. Enron in Texas, was protected to the hilt by # 43 and administration. It is not like any of US forgot about who and what Enron is or was and that we are still and will keep on paying for Enron. Much has been written here on oil as subject. # 43 is well known as the oil or Corporate President, the TARP bail outs rused in facade of banking and m2 or the flow of monies in and out of ciculation was a beautiful play against the American people and a brilliant stroke of more billions for # 43's (freinds only and you get the shaft) again, but not for the last time, indeed for years to come in billions more as it tarp monies are only just beginning. The players; # 43, O Henry, Dick Cheney, Karl Rowe are in infinite glory here and should be as the american people have been duped and stolen here for generations to come in the way of your personal national debt stolen now and to be paid for by your grandchildren plus. Giving, that is giving TARP monies to # 43's banking  buddies, the same investment bankers who propeled Enrons rip offs is the the coup te grau. No one saw it and # 43 and administrtion get the monies for generations to come.  

     Of Critical Note: Who backed off the administrations cabinet appointed U.S. Attorney General, SEC, CFTC, FBI, any, every and all rules and or regulating bodies, (including the entire Treasury Department) of authority and enforcement of laws in the U.S. And as such created a totally lawless country, namely the U.S. Who would have the muscle and the power to do all of that? And everybody got paid and will continue to get paid. All but you.

     It is seriousely difficult to see and understand the breathtaking size and scope of all of this as # 43 summarilly dismissed all those who came from around the world in good faith at the recent world economic summit, telling them all the "world market system" or in this case the CFTC (as seen in prior Blygs, but I referenced them only as FTC) is not broken, there is no need to put in an all new maket system with the inclusion of all and that the real problem is to tweak the current failed rules to address any weak areas. That last sentenece was recently echoed on 1-11-09 by Mike Madigan of Illinois, no problem there. And they all went home with their tales waging as did Roland Burris. Virtually nothing accomplished, or done, and with no changes full speed ahead, back to the evacuation, escape, exit plan for # 43 and how to get out of Washington fast with it all. Exit, exit, exit that is the only agenda now, while no one sees or knows or connects the billions of dots or US dollars and in the carnival of innauguration, best time. While Obama looks for his dog, but sees none, exit fast and permanant, hopefully to a non extriditable country, # 43  But fo the 60 somethings that need to be told, do not go to Bolivia, they do extradite to the U.S. Bolivia also has no need nor love for # 43 nor # 41 and their extensive gas and oil holdings in Tarija, Bolivia. Bolivia has been on a watch state for more than a year now by the State Department. That was not true at the beginning of # 43. Indeed the list of State Department watch list countries has grown fivefold during his coup. This is why Dubai is so pallatable.

     After Lisa Madigan is the next IL. US senator, the state of Illinois will go back to work, but not before. The Illinois legislature has said so. Only then will the freak show be over and all will be right for Illinois voters. The Illinois state legislature has said so. Absolutely no other thought will be given to this matter for any reason. The Illinois state legislature has sais so. If you have an opinion on this go scratch. If your persist in your opinion all anally intended laws of DUI will be imposed on you until death due you part. The Illinois state legislature says so.  Keep the change not the peice.

     In a greivous tactical mistake by we know who, the IL supreme court has ruled that Mr. Burris is certified by all the laws of the state of Illinois and that he is currently the IL. US. senator period.

     This means any every and all lawsuits filed by Mr. Burris are a slam dunk win. State and federal, all of the governmental lawsuits, the kind Mr. Durbin has asked him not to file. Terry Gainer, Mr Srgt at arms, AKA man with gun and FOI card says Mr. Burris plays by the rules.

     The only question left is how many winning lawsuits Mr. Burris will file.

     Oh, and oopsie, did I forget those personal lawsuits.

     And why not. Your vote has already been stolen at leat five times. See prior Blygs. Naturally it follows that if your vote is stolen, then your seat would be stolen also and matter of fact. It is certain that not enough has been written about this blatant, daring daytime robbery in fornt of all of the cameras you did not see it. Could she be a master theif? Or did she have the usual suspects as accomplices. Before accomplices are mentioned, there could be some required reading and other terms of which you and Mr, Burris will never be able to fufill for any reason. With out getting into the fall guy routine of constapated  errors, it is enough for you to know that obviously Jesse White who is black could sign the appointee papers now and at anytime in the future, thus completing his job the coorect way which is not the same as the minimumn standard of defiance and or partyline antics of the late 1800's antebellum ways of old but new again both here and there. This would include Mr. Black who is white, but certainly not limited to anything. Alas, Mr. White's signature only goes so far, no not the Mr. White found in Clue.  As you know IL.'s senior and single US. senator has declared Mr. Burris's seat will not be filled by techniquality. The IL supreme court has ruled also in the same barest of minimun standards that Mr. Burris's credentials are legal to the least detail if any, and as such has elected now to have an extra hott toddy in Galena until such time in the future if any they may be reuired to rule in the least. They like it brief. All of this was given the mark of glee and joy by the IL. AG if not the say I told you so of  the exact definition of what the essence of minimal standards really means and as such the new websters worldwide definition of state employee service, which also includes the definition of IL. AG jurist doctrine and the definition of what "is" is, no cigar required. Thank you mona Lisa. Please keep in mind some of the other sometimes elusive facts by Lisa definion: the IL. AG is Milorad's attorney. She is also the attorney for Mr. Burris. She is on senator Ried's list for IL. US senator. She is on Lt. governor Patrck Quinn's short list of appointees also. And too many other facts that should be listed here.

     Que bono: that means who benefits. Lisa Madigan benefits by being seated as the next IL. US. senator. Jesse White has declared he will sign to that and much more in tripplicate with bells on and all of the new IL. homeland security sierens blaring at the same time through out the state and that Quinn is nothing to him, no, the former fire commisioner Quinn, never mind the russians are coming, make him look white. And won't that be special. Also benefiting to the tune of at least 50 million dollars is Lisa Madigan in her no cost sss election to the US. senate, your vote not included nor needed nor wanted nor asked for by any minimum standard or otherwise, yet there will be fund raisers, none the less and 25K donations  will be accepted.      There are also many others who benefit from all of this as now there is room at the top and evryone moves up. Patrick Quinn the LT. governor not the former fire commisioner of old, will be governor with one less nemisis schmadigan to deal with. And the rest of the ticket to be filled in later after the rings of fortune have been kissed and greased with contributions abound and everywhere in the lofty standards of Lisa ways soon to come and in the future. There is much more about this, but it tires me here and there as there will be no changes.

As of 1-9-09 the seat is stll vacant and the US. senate is in session. And Mr. Burris has what he needs.

The IL. impeachment never needed to happen no matter the outcome or who, what, when and why.

Some still beleive we do not need a second IL. US. senator.

     I want to see the new US. national debt website @.gov with the accounting of this 1.2 trillion national debt. And I want to see George W. Bush's signature all over it. Surely this is not too much to ask in our tech info world. This is not the same as someone outside of the US. Government making guestimations.  I think the US. debt starts around 7 trillion + .

     # 44 when it is all over, increases the national debt by over 10 trillion dollars.

Milorad was impeached. Bush is still at it, wears lipstick and likes it, Obama is just getting started.

if only to testify, how about a floor resolution to certify his IL. US. senate paperwork. After his grilling of course, but sign the certification. By the way, there is no law that says an IL. supreme court judge must rule on certification of IL. US senate certification. That is not a law in IL. There is no law that says an IL. supreme court judge must compel the secretary of state to complete his job in order to be certified with the complete paperwork as suppossedly required  by the US. senate. Don't bet on a floor resolution while they are all there. There is also no law in IL. that says an IL. US senate appointee must appear in front of an IL. impeachment proceeding to get a signature on his certification by the secretary of state. 3 to 1 Burris is never seated.

     This seat is still not filled and the state of IL is still in contempt for failure to do so. The state of Illinois should be fined daily a minimum of $500,000 a day not ot exceed 1 million dollars per day until the seat is filled. See prior Blygs. So what do we know? President elect Obama has declared today that this is a US. senate matter and as such has washed his hands of this matter. The US. senate has declared that they may work with Roland Burris if he gets the supposed correct credentials, meaning a signature from Jesse White. Roland Burris seeks an IL. supreme court order to force Jesse White to comply with his compulsorary duties. Jesse White said he was the fall guy, but still will not sign, then later said he would sign if he lost the lawsuit against him with the IL. supreme court. The IL. AG Attorney General has stated that Jesse white need not sign anything. The IL. AG was also on senator Reid's short list for Milorad to name as the next IL. US. senator and the IL. AG is also on the short list to be named IL US. senator should Patrick Quin take office. This the same IL. AG that is supposed to be Milorads' lawyer and still is, the same IL. AG that filed suit against Milorad. See prior Blygs. The lawsuits have only just begun. The Mayor of Chicago has decided to work around the Illinois legislature and why not. Meanwhile the IL. impeachment blazes on, although it is not known why the blazing impeachment was not on live television or internet. The IL impeachment  should be live on the web at the very least.  3 to 1 Burris is not seated after a full vote from the  US. senate. Special election, what's that? Could a special election mean change in Illinois, what's that? Perhaps it matters not.

     Winners: # 43, he is not recieving his just due for performances past. Karl Rove, who swears he is not the Department Of Justice,  Dick Cheneyy who says he'd rather be in Dubai with his real freinds, needs no stinking passport and will be soon in that non extrdatitable tax free country where citizenship is automatic with green, and the entire republican party who have been swept out of the press to greener pastures to count your missing and unacountable monies. This will take quite some time.

     Losers: Barack O'bamaa. Says he lives in Washington, needs not be a citizen and knows nothing. The leader of the Democratis party. The former IL. state senator. The incomplete former IL. US. senator. Perhaps we should be grateful for his current mute on all of this, there could be a time ahead when we will beg for his muteness.

     Without question Roland Burris will win all of the lawsuits he files, state and federal. The only question is when he receives the monies and how much. Those are laws the state and the fed will comply with after the fact. I would not be surprised if he won 30 million dollars, the cost of a special election.

at the very least and should be fined everyday until the resolve of seating an IL. US. senator. The IL Secretary of state does not have veto powers over an appointment of the governor, that is not a law, nor a right nor a privelidge. It is not legal not to do his job and sign the appointee papers. This act is ceremonial at best and that is the job. The secretary does not have a right to choose what he will and won't sign, that is not legal. Holding the partyline is not a right, nor a law nor is it legal. There are so many laws broken here they are hard to count. There is no legal rational for one law broke and so an avalanche of the broken laws to ensue are justifiable also.

     As of right now the state of Illinois, (the state legislature) not the governor, is in contempt at the very least for failure to seat an IL. US. senator. It is a primary duty of the state to set terms for elections and the seatings of elected officials.Those terms have been met.  As of right now the state of IL. is not the governor of IL. and does not have a legal law to say it is. The law says seat the elected official. The state does not have a legal right not to seat the qualified appointee. There is no law for a partyline. A partyline is not a law. The state of IL.'s failure to ffollow the laws of itself is illegal. The state of IL. does not have a right nor a partyline nor a legal leg to stand on not to comply with the laws they have made. There is no law that says lawmakers do not have to comply with the laws. There is no law that says lawmakers are exempt fron fullfilling their duties to comply with the laws. There is also no law that says lawmakers can make up the rules and or laws as they go, that too is illegal. Fine the state. This fine of contempt should be paid by all those involved in the IL. impeachment as this is not the will of the good people of Illinois as described in the law. No citizen outside of those involved in the impeachment should pay a dime. And or this could be grounds for total recall.

     Illinois needs a recall law. Nationally, we also need the federal recall law. See  # 43 & # 44. This new federal recall law should include all appointees and all elected officials. Think about it we could have been done with # 43 back in 2005.

     Parliment has what is called a vote of confidence. It works quite effectively. The US. has only the failed and biased impeachment system. Not only is it hard to get but it is a quagmyre of backwards proceedings with ineptitude. Recall is clean, short, cheap and easy. Vote for recall. Tell the representatives in your state you want recall.

     In Illinois you are a no account until proven otherwise. That means you do not count period. How dare you think you have a voice, or a say, or a vote, about who, if ever, the next US. IL senator will be. What do you think this special is anyway. This is your special election in Illinois. Only you are not included. Some call this unity. No changes. The new name is Obama for the same old game. New name, same old game. Old name 43, same game 44. No changes here and no changes there.

     Please note the current silence of # 44 in all of this accept to say he is with the partyline. This silence includes the entire Illinois Democratic Leadership in your no vote contiuing process of chaos.

     Also please note # 44 could at anytime call for a real special election in Illinois, the kind where your vote does count. But don't bet on that. Why would anyone try to restore any sense of order in Illinois when there need not be and the game remains the same. No changes here and no changes there.

     Maybe, just maybe consider the fact that if # 44 did the right thing and called for a special elction in IL. to fill the IL. US senate seat, then there is no reason to continue the failed IL. impeachment proceedings and the state of IL. could go back to work.

     With the worldwide media glare, and people around the world in total gawfoo about all of this, no change here and no changes there. As a side note, please count the increasing numbers of newly unemployed voters that will be watching live this week.

     No President has done more for the people of Africa than George W. Bush. Every kind of aid has been given. This is a fact. Thank you.

     Clearly, a special election is the only resolve now.

     No changes here or there. Only the partyline to the grave. See # 44 and say it is not so. Or see Mayor Daley and say it is not so. Or see IL. House speaker Mike Madigan and say it is not so. And finally see The Illinois Democratic Leadership and say it is not so.

     Is this unity? Or the opposite, exclusion.

     If the US. Senate does not seat Roland Burris and or stalls him from seating, then it is hoped by the Illinois state legislature, and more particularlly The Democratic Leadership not including Milorad, and that would be Barack Obama, Mike Madigan and Mayor Daley, that the IL. impeachment would dethrone Milorad and could therefore select there own US. senator other than Burris. The fact that Jesse White the Secretary of state of Illinois will not sign the appointee papers of US senate certification is of no matter. This is just another state employee not doing the job he was sworn to do. And eveyone there gets paid right or wrong, no one ever misses a check all the way to the grvave for the partyline. Remember that, as millions of newly unemployed voters tune in to watch live next week. Clearly the right thing to do for all of the people of Illinois was to have a special election where all of the voters made the correct electoral decision for the vacant US senate seat. The Illinois Democratic Leadership quashed that in it's entirtey without even a word, although the king made a statement of DOA dead on arrival to any thought of a special election. That was an outright negation to all of the voters of Illinois and the partyline that followed only gets uglier. The media circus in Washington D.C. on Monday will not be that at all. No, the circus will be the US. Senate. The simple fact is that the US. Senate answers to no one and is not accountable to any one for it's actions pro or con. Therefor they can and will do as they will. We have heard that also in the Illinois state legislature, where you may be sure at their next meet will not be so charming and delightful for Mr. Genson after the post of Mr. Burris by sir milorad.

     There is no Recall in Illinois. But for those that need it spelled out recall is a law. The usual suspects crushed  recall in IL. on a couple of ocassions talking ethics. The failure by the US. senate to seat Roland Burris as the IL US senator, with the IL. impeachment and the supposed appointment by Patrick Quinn of another IL. US. senator to be sworn in by the US senate is recall. If all of that transpires there is no law in Illinois period. Not to mention lawsuits everywhere at taxpayer expense. Clearly the US. senate would have been wise not to engage in any of this as the beginning of #44's administration and is this what the new administration is and will be just an ongoing and growing number of fiascoes. And I do mean number. Need anyone point out the approval rating of Congress now? And to start off with this? Is that change? The partyline has once again negated all of the voters with a 71 year old appointment supposedly not to rerun in 2010. Does this serve the Illinois electorate best? I think not.  Personally I think that any appointment of an IL. US senator by the Illinois legislature is deeply tainted by the Illinois Democratic Leadership not including sir milorad and should not be approved by the people of Illinois and skip Jesse White who will not do his job anyway.

     Does anyone not see this mess contiuing to grow dailey.

     If the US. senate does not seat Roland Burris then a special election for the IL. US Senate must be set immediately and end all of this slop. That is the only fair way now. There is no other recourse.

     Then the taxpayer waste of the IL. impeachment should be tabled. Let the feds do their job as all is certain now for sir milorad. And it's everybody back to work.
